Gan didn't want to watch the movies in his sleeping space, but there wasn't much of a choice. He barely had any furniture, and his television was in his direct bedroom.
"Let's watch a horror movie, we need some action and excitement like that." Gianna sat in a chair next to Gan's bed and suggested.
"Yeah, horror sounds good to me. We prefer it to be a slasher film, but if you don't have any, you can play whatever you want."
"Alright, we'll be watching Friday the 13th. We're going to try and binge-watch all of them." Gan had already read their minds and knew they hadn't watched either of these movies.
"Oh, I heard that's a good one. We've only seen all the Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Streets." Gloria wished she had some popcorn or something to eat while watching the movie.
"I'll go grab us some snacks once the movie starts. I don't want you guys to miss anything, and I've already seen this movie." Naturally, Gan heard Gloria's thoughts.
"Nice! Our cousin is such a good host!" Both laughed and thanked before Gianna got up to insert the movie into the DVD player.
Gan left the room and shut the door behind him. Now, he was in his hallway, which was a part of his room. Across from his room was a recreation room where he could place many fun things.
Gan contemplated placing a pool table here, but this was something he wouldn't be able to explain.
Gan created snacks and drinks for everyone; this was a simple task for him.
"I've already placed the X-gene within both of them. I needed to touch them to connect myself to their X-gene. I need to figure out what abilities I should bestow upon them once they've awakened."
Their X-gene was an empty gene right now, as he had intended it to be. Once he bestowed them their powers, they wouldn't awaken. It would be up to Gan whether they awakened or not.
Gan was also worried about the repercussions of them becoming mutants. He knew very well that mutants were hated to the extreme.
'Don't worry, I will do everything in my power to prevent you guys from falling into complete destruction.'
Gan needed to use someone as an excuse to get closer to the X-Men. After all, the X-Men were like a treasure trove to Gan, with all sorts of powers.
"I'm back!" Gan walked in with a bag full of snacks. He was also dragging a garbage can behind him.
"Nice! Good lookin' out, Gan!" Both Gianna and Gloria were hungry after the somewhat long trip here.
Their father said that their aunt was cooking something, so their 'cheap' fathers didn't buy anything for them. They called their father cheap, but Gan thought they were smart when it came to saving money.
"Ha~! Fruit punch, my favorite!"
Gan lay on the bed and contemplated; the method of bestowing powers was just this. What powers he had or could summon up was what he could give.
If Gan wanted to give them reality warp capabilities, he could. Whatever the Reality, Mind, or Space could do, he could provide. The Reality Stone could control the weather, so he could give one of them this ability, and more.
'Hehe, why would I want any of my cousins to be mediocre? Maybe I can turn them into Omega, or perhaps beyond it.'
Gan naturally had a plan for his family, which obviously, but mainly, included his brothers and sister. Of course, he wouldn't forget about his parents, but that was for later down the line.
Gan collected his thoughts as his cousin gasped in shock at the movie. Noting the cruelty of the kids who caused the deformed boy's death through drowning.
Gan had been gathering his thoughts the whole time on what abilities he should give. In merely ten minutes, Gan granted them their powers. It resembled the process of carefully grafting, but executed flawlessly.
'Gianna, her abilities are: Weather Manipulation, Elemental Manipulation, Flight, Healing Energy, Mimicry Immunity, Absolute Mind Defense, Absolute Soul Defense, Absolute Spirit Defense, and Reality Warping Immunity.'
Mimicry Immunity disallowed others from copying her abilities, which included Rogue, Hope, and Everett. This was just Gan using his Narrative ability to prevent others from copying her abilities.
This also included the Mind, Soul, and Spirit Defenses.
'Gloria, her abilities are a bit better, but this is me being a bit biased.' Gan admitted and continued.
'Gloria's abilities are: Mind Stone 50-85%(max), Realistic Reality-Altering Ilusions, Lightning Manipulation, Resurrection of the Dead, Absolute Mind Defense, Absolute Soul Defense, Absolute Spirit Defense, Reality Warping Immunity, and Mimicry Immunity.'
Right away, Gloria would have access to 50% of the Mind Stone's abilities. However, through training, she could unlock up to 80% of this power.
As for Realistic Reality Altering Illusions. Illusions weren't real to begin with, but her illusions were special. They could be fake or real, for example, she could summon monsters of any sort, and they could deal physical harm.
As the name stated, this was a reality-altered ability, but only when it came to illusions. This illusion would last for nothing more than an hour. If she trained this ability, it could last much longer than that.
As for the Resurrection of the dead, this was the power of the Reality Stone. For both of them, they needed to train to even realize they had such abilities.
'They'll get plenty of training from the X-Men, so I'm not worried about that.' All Gan had to do now was activate their X-gene.
'I'll wait until a later date, or tomorrow to activate their X-gene.' This wouldn't be a secret from everyone. Not to mention, his cousins were going to spend the night here.
"Damn! Why won't they show us who's killing everyone!" A woman suddenly took an axe to the face after the man was stabbed from under the bed.
"That's the whole mysterious part about this movie: the killer won't be revealed until later." Gan stroked his chin with a smile and said.
"I like this element about this movie, but I really wonder who the killer is." Gloria simply loved slasher movies, and this mysterious element to the movie kept her guessing.
Gan laughed because they would never guess the killer was an older woman. This woman so happens to be Jason's mother instead of Jason himself. Gianna believed it was Jason who was killing everyone out of revenge.
'She's not wrong about the revenge part.' The movie continued with people dying left and right.
Though Jason's name hadn't been revealed in the movie yet, they naturally heard about his iconic name by this point.
The end came, and they thought that the middle-aged woman was there to help. She talked about the drowned boy, Jason, in Crystal Lake.
"No way! Is she..." Gianna's mouth opened wide as she speculated. This lady started acting very suspicious.
The movie went on, and an altercation broke out between the last female character and Ms. Voorhees.
"Hahaha, this fight is kinda clumsy!" Gloria was laughing at one moment, but then the last female survivor grabbed a machete and chopped Ms. Voorhees' head off!
"Oh, my gosh!" Gianna jumped in surprise.
"Did you see how her head fell off? Hahaha! That thing just went flying and bouncing away." Gloria kept laughing, but it served this crazy woman right; she thought.
Soon, the iconic scene appeared with the female character on the boat. Everything seemed safe with the arrival of the police, when suddenly.
"Ahhhh!"
"Ohhhh!"
They both got jumped scared when Jason abruptly popped out of the lake. Afterward, he dragged the woman down.
After the first movie, they wanted to start the next one immediately. However, Irelia, Gan's mother, called them for lunch.
This was a late lunch.
Gan wasn't hungry, but they were, so they went up to eat. He could only pause the movie until they came back.
While they were upstairs eating lunch, Gan decided to log into the chat group. Once logged on, he saw many notifications about his store. There were even private messages sent to him.
"This store was made today, and it already has so many notifications?" He could see that a lot of items had been sold already.

"I'm still really far away from my goal of 2 million points, like really far away." Gan sighed. However, these results were the best anyone could muster on the market in one go.
Gan scrolled down and could see reviews rating his store.

Gan sneered and replied to this review; this man was trying to force him to sell low.
Afterward, he checked his messages, which were people asking for ammunition. Multiple people had purchased from his market but didn't leave a review.
Some were asking him to sell bullets to them privately through an exchange. There were people asking for different weapons, armored vehicles, if possible, explosives, and explosive weapons.
"I wish my store could sell more things, but I'm limited to 10 for now." Gan checked his store's progress bar.

"I'm thirteen percent away from leveling up," Gan replied that he could sell some private weapons, but he would rather wait until his store upgraded.
"Jeez, I really want to get to work on my projects, but I have company, so..." Gan sighed, but this was a rare occasion.
Once his cousins became mutants, things might become tight for him and them later on. Though Gan would do everything he could to prevent such strained situations.
