Chapter 10 - — The Sword

The red great-sword sat in its case. The legendary sword. Gram. Exactly what it's said to be. It just sits there. Every man and woman walks past it. Unaware of its legendary story. Just another cool-looking sword. The sword with a soul. A soul full of rage. A soul full of seething hatred. Aries came back to the museum. To stand in front of it again.

He just felt like calling out to it. And he felt like it was calling back. The sword twitched ever so slightly while Aries moved his hand. For some reason, he always felt like coming back there. To that museum. Grey stood at the door. Observing him carefully. He was thinking.

'…what the hell does that old geezer plan on doing…this can't have just been coincidence, to plant Garm here. That kid…I know he's got something to do with this.'

Aries turned around. And noticed Grey.

"Oh...Mr.Parker, what are you doing here?"

"Ah...I was just. Observing the museum." Grey walked up to Garm. "You know this swords very interesting."

Aries stared at Grey for a few seconds before looking back at the sword. "Right..."

In truth. Grey was rather nervous. He had no clue what that man was up to. 'He could've just kept Garm to himself...it's an insanely powerful weapon anyways, whats the point in...' Grey's thoughts were interrupted by a screaming familiarity as he looked at Arie's face. "No way..."

"Hm?"

"No, no, it's nothing..." Inside. Grey was panicking. He had just noticed something that that man had probably noticed way before. 'Shit...he knew didn't he. That he was here. Shit. I didn't think he'd found him so early, why didn't he finish him off? He's dangerous to Odin. What game is that old bastard playing at...tch, all this time I've been stuck at the beginning of the board while he's been waiting for me at the end.'

Grey dispersed his thoughts and took a deep breath. "Uh, kid, are you a martial artist?"

"...something like that. I guess."

"Don't you think you'd be more suited to a sword?" Grey grinned mischievously.

"What?"
