The next morning, the residents of Hell's Kitchen were abuzz with excitement over the events of the previous day.
Word of Alex Ray's victory had spread like wildfire, and the entire neighborhood seemed to bask in a renewed sense of hope and pride.
Shops and businesses across Hell's Kitchen jumped at the opportunity to celebrate. From restaurants to supermarkets to street vendors, everyone offered discounts and promotions, eager to join in the festivities and attract more customers during this euphoric period.
People poured into the streets. Locals carried photos of Alex Ray, chanting his name as they paraded through the avenues.
Their cheers echoed off the buildings, their voices unified in admiration and gratitude.
"Alex Ray! Our hero!"
The parade grew in size with each passing minute. It wasn't long before it stretched through multiple blocks, a sea of people filled with joy and pride.
Among them was an elderly man, a former victim of the neighborhood's ruthless gangs. He clutched a photo of Alex Ray in trembling hands, his eyes wet with emotion.
"I finally see hope for Hell's Kitchen. Alex Ray is our true hero," he said hoarsely, but with a firmness that resonated with the crowd.
More and more people joined. Many who had once doubted Alex were now marching in his name, rallying behind the man who had changed their fates.
They began chanting a new phrase, "Alex Ray is the Lord of Hell!" The slogan caught like wildfire, as though imbued with some mysterious power, drawing in more people to join the movement.
Meanwhile, the system notifications in Alex's mind were rolling in:
"Congratulations, host. Hell's Kitchen resident E has added you as a friend."
"Congratulations, host. Matthew Michael Murdock has added you as a friend."
"Congratulations..."
Unaware of the commotion outside, Alex Ray had just woken from a bizarre dream.
In it, a mob of Deadpools had been chasing him through the streets of Hell's Kitchen, bent on killing him in every ridiculous way imaginable. He jolted awake, heart racing and forehead damp with sweat.
"Damn, what a nightmare," he muttered, stumbling into the bathroom and splashing cold water on his face.
Still feeling groggy, he opened the system panel to assess his current situation.
The interface was flooded with notifications.
"Is there a big-shot sneaking into my friend list?" Alex murmured, scanning the names. One caught his eye.
"Daredevil? When did Matt add me? Huh… I should reach out to him. Hell's Kitchen could really use someone with legal skills and his, uh, extracurricular expertise."
Rubbing his hands with anticipation, he asked the system, "Okay, the exciting part—how many friend points do I have now?"
"Current total: 552 friend points. Would you like to convert them to family points?"
Alex grinned like a kid in a candy store. "Yes. Exchange them now."
"Conversion successful. You now have 10 family points."
"Would you like to perform a draw?"
"Let's go big. Ten consecutive draws," Alex declared boldly.
The roulette wheel materialized and began to spin. Each turn ratcheted up the tension, his eyes locked on the spinning sections.
"Congratulations, host. You have drawn the Tyler Vongola template card."
"Congratulations, host. You have obtained the Big Sky Ring."
"Congratulations, host. You have obtained the Mist Ring."
"Congratulations…"
"Congratulations, host. You have drawn the Koyate Stark template card."
"Congratulations, host. You have obtained the Horse Charm."
Alex's emotions surged like a roller coaster. One moment soaring, the next crashing.
"System, can't you give me all the rings at once? Seriously, you just wasted seven whole draws," he grumbled.
He looked at the collection of seven rings—each corresponding to a guardian of the Vongola family—and shook his head with a sigh.
Still, he couldn't help but admire the haul. The Tyler Vongola template card was clearly meant for his childhood friend, now known as Tyler Vongola. Honestly, Alex suspected the lottery wasn't even random.
As for the Koyate Stark card, he was momentarily confused. "Stark? Is this some Tony variant?" But the description clarified it—it was the Espada #1 from Bleach, the man who could multiply into wolves.
That made Alex grin. "Not bad. That guy's power is sick."
Then there was the Horse Charm—an item capable of healing any ailment and restoring damaged objects. Immediately, Alex thought of Deadpool.
He could pair it with those Senzu Beans he'd picked up earlier and see if it could finally fix Wade's face.
"System, apply those two templates now," Alex ordered.
"Searching for family members with high compatibility..."
"Match found. Vongola I: 99% compatibility. Apply template?"
"Confirmed."
"Match found. John Wick: 75% compatibility. Apply Koyate Stark template?"
"Confirmed."
"Templates successfully applied. Vongola I and John Wick are now fused with their respective template cards. Host synchronization complete."
"System, open my panel," Alex said, eager to see the results.

He closed the panel, heart swelling with pride. It looked like something out of a superhero trading card game—balanced offense, defense, mobility, and a roster of badass skills. A true all-rounder.
Without wasting another second, Alex headed downstairs, eager to test the Horse Charm on Deadpool. Maybe—just maybe—it could finally give Wade a new face.
