A playful smirk appeared on Akira face as he casually waved his hand.
Immediately, a series of dazzling white flashes erupted behind him.
Each flash symbolized the appearance of a Pokemon!
Watching the successive bursts of light, Razor eyebrows rose slightly, his smile fading as a trace of unease flickered in his heart.
No way...!!!
"ROAR!"
"Growl!"
"ROOOOAAARR!!!"
...
As the chorus of roars echoed, the spectators finally got a clear view of the scene behind Akira.
What had been empty space was now filled with Nen beasts.
Each Nen beast had a distinct form, varying greatly in color, appearance, and size.
There was one resembling a noble young lady, exuding an elegant demeanor.
Another had a round, protruding belly and narrow, sleepy-looking eyes—Nen beast.
Yet another was a dragon-type Nen beast with a simple, honest face and a small potbelly.
...
The only commonality was that every single one radiated terrifyingly formidable energy!
Multicolored Aura erupted from their bodies in sudden bursts—Earthen yellow, fiery red, orange-red.
Each Nen beast represented a fearsome presence.
Streaks of multicolored auras shot into the sky!!
The converging energies seemed to overlap and merge into one colossal, indistinguishable force. It felt as though the sheer pressure might blast through the stadium ceiling.
"This..."
Razor usual composure was shattered, his narrow eyes widening in shock as if witnessing something terrifying. Beads of cold sweat formed on his smooth forehead, his throat tightening until words failed him.
The dodgeball he'd been holding slipped from his grasp, hitting the ground with a thud.
Facing this bone-chilling aura, he felt like a tiny boat in a stormy sea—ready to capsize at any moment. The creatures flanking the sides were impressive enough, but the three central ones radiated truly terrifying power.
One was a monstrous steel behemoth.
Another appeared deceptively gentle but exuded draconic menace.
The last was an eerie, smoke-like specter of shifting mist.
Any single one of these three far surpassed his own strength!
They might even... rival Ging!
Within moments, his back was drenched in cold sweat—proof of the overwhelming pressure he'd just endured.
Since only eight players were needed for dodgeball (which requires both hands), Akira summoned seven Pokemon: Lucario, Gardevoir, Gengar, Tyranitar, Dragonite, Snorlax, and Blissey.
With himself included, they made a full team.
The ones that had shocked Razor were the S-tier trio—Tyranitar, Dragonite, and Gengar.
"So many Nen beasts?!"
"And at such incredible strength..."
Biscuit Krueger wine-red eyes locked onto the assembled Pokemon, particularly studying Tyranitar and the others.
Her sharp perception instantly gauged their power levels and approximate rankings.
As the strongest observer present, she best understood the terrifying implications of Akira display.
What did this army of Nen beasts signify?
She knew all too well.
Her friend Pyon had mentioned Akira possessing one steel-like Nen beast of remarkable power.
But nothing could have prepared her for this!
Merely sensing Tyranitar aura made her skin prickle with warning.
An instinct screamed not to meet its gaze for long.
This creature aura alone surpassed Chairman Netero!
The other two central beasts were only slightly weaker, their power still comparable to the Chairman. As for the surrounding creatures—while not matching the central trio—each rivaled Biscuit own strength.
Among them, only Lucario was familiar, she'd seen it before.
Unbeknownst to Biscuit, these weren't even all of Akira Pokemon.
He still held others in reserve—Hydreigon, Ditto...
Had he summoned everything, her shock would have been immeasurable.
"Is this... Akira true power?" Goreinu stared dumbfounded at the array of Nen beasts, his voice trembling.
Could any human achieve this?
For one Nen User to command so many terrifying Nen beasts...
As a fellow Nen beast specialist, he understood better than most what Akira display truly meant. It's no exaggeration to say that Akira, who possesses so many terrifying Nen beasts, is undoubtedly the idol of all Nen Users specializing in Nen beasts.
Everyone aspires to become someone like Akira.
Goreinu Nen ability is actually quite decent.
He could create two Nen beasts resembling giant gorillas, known as "White Sage" and "Black Sage."
"White Sage" could instantly swap positions with Goreinu himself.
"Black Sage" could forcibly swap positions with others instantly.
There must certainly be limitations on the range, though the original work hadn't revealed them yet.
This Nen ability involved spatial manipulation, indicating immense potential. There were many tactical possibilities—either swapping himself away or pulling enemies in.
Among Nen Users specializing in Nen beasts, Goreinu was quite formidable.
Yet even someone like him would feel utterly humbled before Akira army of Pokemon.
The two were simply not on the same level.
Goreinu Nen ability was impressive, but Akira Gardevoir alone could achieve the same feats—and far surpass them.
After all, this only required Gardevoir Teleport skill.
Gardevoir had countless other abilities at its disposal, outperforming Goreinu in every conceivable way and this was just one of Akira many Pokemon. In the future, their numbers would only grow.
That was the truly terrifying part.
"But if all the Nen beasts take the field, what about us?" Gon asked, still shaken by the overwhelming presence of the Pokemon, barely managing to compose himself.
His first concern was that there'd be no room left for him to participate.
"Then we won't need to step in. Just leave it to Akira—victory is guaranteed" Killua murmured as he slowly approached from behind, his face pale with lingering fear.
Originally standing side by side with Gon, Killua had instantly retreated to the back under the crushing weight of that terrifying aura.
It was the most horrifying presence he had ever felt in his life.
For a moment, he genuinely thought he was going to die and that was only a fraction of the aura—most of it was directed at Razor on the field.
"But if I don't participate, how can I claim any of the cards?" Gon frowned, conflicted about what to do.
Killua sighed, recognizing Gon stubbornness flaring up again.
"Gon, open your eyes! That battlefield is no place for you right now!"
"Even I wouldn't dare jump in recklessly—I'd be torn to pieces."
Biscuit Krueger, standing nearby, couldn't hold back any longer and snapped at Gon.
Are you kidding me?
Even she wouldn't dare intervene in a battle like this and you still want to step in?
Forget dodging the ball—just the shockwaves from their throws would be enough to kill you.
After all the effort I put into training you, is this how you throw your life away?
Hands on her hips, Biscuit glared sternly at Gon, who glanced between the field and Killua beside him.
His eyes filled with deep hesitation.
Just as he wavered, Akira and his Pokemon had already taken their positions on the field.
The match had officially begun!

While the challenge unfolded in the stadium, an unusual conversation was taking place in Limeiro City.
Limeiro City—the final destination on the map, the castle where the game victors would claim their prize.
Inside the grand castle, within a spacious, brightly lit room cluttered with all sorts of objects, two figures stood.
One had golden hair and delicate, doll-like features that made him appear feminine—though he was unmistakably male.
The other had a disheveled appearance, sporting a messy bird nest hairstyle and a long face with stubble.
These two were none other than Greed Island administrators, List and Dwun.
Like Razor, both List and Dwun were partners whom Ging treated as laborers.
They just had different responsibilities.
The distance between Soufrabi and Limeiro wasn't far and even they had faintly sensed that terrifying aura earlier.
They hurriedly called Ging.
Something major was likely about to happen on Greed Island!
Razor was the strongest administrator on the island, usually doubling as security. But this crisis was probably beyond what he could handle—Ging needed to step in!
It had to be said, in their eyes Ging was a "bastard," but when it came down to it, he was still the most reliable partner.
"So when exactly are you coming over?"
"Razor probably won't last much longer." Dwun spoke impatiently around the cigarette in his mouth.
"Hahahaha, don't worry, no need to fret about Razor." Ging hearty laughter only aggravated the already impatient Dwun.
Normally, communication devices like cell phones couldn't be used on Greed Island—only [Contact] was allowed. But as administrators, they had some privileges and could do many things that were strictly prohibited.
"That guy's a friend of mine. He'll hold back, so relax." With that, Ging hung up, leaving Dwun and List stunned.
So it was a friend?
With Ging assurance, they found some comfort and stopped worrying excessively.
The two then crowded in front of the TV screen, intently watching the situation with Razor.
****
"Go ahead, you attack first." Akira stood directly opposite Razor.
Behind him, seven Pokemon faced off against Razor seven Nen beasts.
Though the Pokemon auras remained calm, anyone could see who was stronger.
They were playing a match where the outcome was already decided!
Since Razor had the ball, Akira let him make the first move.
After all, if Akira went first, the match would probably end in an instant.
Razor had already picked up the ball from the ground. Looking at Akira composed expression, a bitter smile crossed his face.
This was the first time he'd ever felt so powerless...
Even against Ging, he'd never felt like this.
Because Akira was practically equivalent to several Gings.
His large hand covered the volleyball before gripping it tightly. Thick waves of pink Aura continuously surged from his body, rapidly enveloping the dodgeball. The already sizable ball grew several times larger under the layers of Aura.
It was a thrilling sight.
After charging for a while, the energy around the ball finally stabilized.
Now, the dodgeball was wrapped in an extremely dense layer of Aura, countless times larger than before!
Gritting his teeth, Razor recalled all his Nen beasts, converting them into Aura to amplify his strength. Unlike in the original story, facing Akira forced him to go all out.
He didn't dare waste even the slightest bit of Aura!
Without the Nen beasts to share his energy, he could continue enhancing the volleyball Aura to an absurd degree.
"He actually recalled all his Nen beasts?" Goreinu roughly understood that Razor was avoiding energy dispersion, but still... It was as if he had abandoned the positions of his other teammates.
Now facing Akira alone against eight opponents.
"This is a wise move."
"Against others, his Aura would be enough for him to take on an entire team by himself. But now, he's up against Akira!"
"Rather than dispersing his Aura, it's better to concentrate it for one full-powered strike."
"Even though he'll likely still lose, it's at least better than the alternative."
Biscuit Krueger watched the match with sharp eyes—this level of confrontation wasn't something you saw every day.
She needed to analyze it carefully.
"Going all out, huh?" Akira gaze swept over the massive dodgeball in Razor hands, silently noting to himself.
At this point, calling it a dodgeball hardly did it justice.
Amidst the convergence of countless Aura, the ball was completely enveloped, appearing from the outside like a giant pink Aura blast.
After a long while, Razor preparations were finally complete.
He exhaled slightly—even for him, expending so much Aura in one go was taxing. But Razor believed the effort was worth it.
A glint of determination flashed in his narrowed eyes.
Razor knew he would lose. But sitting idle wasn't his style. Even in defeat, he would throw the most spectacular ball!
Gripping the ball with both hands to maximize his strength, Razor usually calm eyes now burned with absolute conviction!
Infused with boundless Aura and years of dodgeball experience, Razor was about to unleash the strongest volleyball strike of his life.
"BOOM!!!"
Despite already channeling vast amounts of Aura, Razor still reinforced his throw with an additional burst of Hatsu.
This made the "dodgeball" even more terrifying in power!
The ball shot toward Akira like a missile, carrying overwhelming momentum and force.
Straight for Akira face!
The sheer force of its flight created deafening sonic booms.
Spinning counterclockwise at extreme speed, the ball whipped up violent winds, amplifying its destructive power. Like a pink energy blade, it sliced through the air as if cleaving an ocean in two!
Shockwaves rippled outward, sending gales crashing into the spectators.
The inexperienced rookies brought in just to fill numbers were sent tumbling, scattered by the wind. Only Biscuit and a handful of others remained standing, squinting against the gusts while closely observing the match.
Gon and the others couldn't help but break into cold sweat again, instinctively worrying for Akira.
Razor strength was no joke—far exceeding their expectations!
It was just that Akira was on another level entirely!
Only Menchi held absolute faith in Akira.
There was no way Akira would lose!
Suddenly, a steel-like figure appeared in front of Akira.
"THUD!"
Under the tense gazes of the crowd, the dodgeball was caught!
The massive Aura blast vanished without a trace, leaving behind nothing but an ordinary-looking dodgeball. Protected by Aura even the plain ball remained completely undamaged.
"ROAR!!!"
Tyranitar let out a deep, rumbling growl!
Its hands firmly gripped the ball—the devastating strike had barely affected it!
Not even a single step back!
Not even the sound of friction from the spinning ball remained, completely nullified by Tyranitar' Aura.
Razor full-power terrifying strike, before Tyranitar, it seemed so weak!
