Chapter 100 - [85] The Third Sword Impales the Heart, Pt1

A/N: Yo, Shonpufi here!

So heres this weeks first chapter, ill probably be posting another one later today or tomorrow. I still have three more chapters to go, so I'd better get to writing!

Also, i saw a positive reaction to having a small Q&A, so we will be having one!

Just drop your questions [RIGHT HERE]

But, a few of you have already asked a few questions, so I'll answer them right now.

-Personal Questions-

1. Am I a guy or a girl?

-Answer: I've been a guy since birf (Yes, the birf was intentional)

2. How old am I?

-Answer: Around my early twenties. I don't want to give my exact age, you'd be surprised how much someone can narrow down your identity by just your exact age.

3. What is my favorite fanfic?

-Answer: My favorite fanfic is the one that got me into making fanfiction, "Genshin Impact, Breezing Through Teyvat" By Stick_Swinger. Sadly, one day he suddenly stopped posting, and not a word was said by him. To this day, I still await his return like he's the avatar.

4. Am I familiar with other fanfic authors?

-Answer: No, I am not if you're referring to whether I know them personally. Although I would like to be. It's nice to nitpick from others' minds when writing.

Are any of you dear readers fanfic authors as well?

5. Household Number?

-Answer: It's a household of five, but four most of the time

-Fanfic Questions-

1. Will Otto have children?

-Answer: Yes, he will. How could he not when he's in the DXD cosmology of all places? He's definitely going to be clapping cheeks.

2. Will Otto get to the imaginary tree?

-Answer: He could, but I don't have anything planned plot wise that would require him to do so in the story so far. Perhaps later.

-3rd POV-

"Hello? Anyone here?" Welt whispered as he sneaked into a run-down and abandoned house.

Per the instruction in Nikolas's note, Welt took a portal to the outskirts of Germany. The rundown place he was currently in was the place the maid and the Apocalypse's heir should have been, but there was no one.

*Click*

Welt froze as he heard a clicking sound behind him.

"Who are you?" A female voice asked behind him. And from the sound, she was probably holding the gun point-blank at his head.

"Lord Apocalypse sent me," Welt explained as he slowly raised his left hand, the paper that had been given to him earlier between his fingers.

The woman, still holding the gun to his head, held out her free hand and snatched the note.

Opening it, she confirmed that it was indeed Lord Apocalypse's handwriting.

She lowered her gun, and Welt sighed in relief.

"Apologies, I am sure that you're aware of how...chaotic things have become." She apologized.

Welt turned around to meet eye to eye with the woman. She was a girl who seemed to be in her late twenties. She had long blonde hair and wore a European maid outfit.

She took a step back, pinched the two ends of her long skirt, and lifted them slightly as she bowed. "I am Rossetta Apocalypse, faithful maid of lord Nikolas Apocalypse." She introduced herself.

"I'm Welt Yang. I am, well, a sort of aide to lord Elias Nokianvirtanen." Welt introduced himself in return. His hand slid down to the figure wrapped in cloth within his arm, and he removed the top part to reveal a baby.

"And this is Joachim Nokianvirtanen," He introduced the sleeping baby. Welt's eyes became gentle as he poked the baby's soft cheeks without waking it up.

'So that's the Nokianvirtanen house's heir, huh?' Rosetta thought as she looked at the boy.

"Um, where's the little Apocalypse?" Welt asked. He had been sent here to protect him along with Rosetta, but he hasn't seen him yet.

Rosetta turned around to show the sleeping baby strapped to her back.

Welt nodded as he finally confirmed that both babies were safe.

*BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!*

All of a sudden, a loud beeping sound came out of Rosetta. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out some sort of flip phone.

Her frown deepened.

"What's wrong?" Welt asked.

"They've found us! Let's go, this place isn't safe anymore" she informed as she handed him the phone and began to run upstairs.

Welt looked into the phone to reveal that it had access to a bunch of cameras that were spread around the perimeter.

They showed multiple Pendragon knights walking through the thick forest where this house was located.

"Bloody hell, they found us!?" He grunted in annoyance as he began to run upstairs to where Rosetta had run.

"Sir Welt, here!" Welt heard Rosetta yelling at him.

There she was, her head peeking out of a secret entrance that was hidden behind a massive painting.

Welt understood immediately and exited the house through the secret entrance with her.

"Stay quiet," Rosetta told Welt as they silently exited a hidden cave. Despite having escaped, there were still many Pendragon Knights roaming the perimeter.

And in the dead of night, they managed to slip past 249 Pendragon knights that were searching for them in the forest. Not that they knew that there were that many lurking around, and not that they wanted to find out either.
