Some centuries back they humans used to dream they had super powers but now it is no longer a dream.
In the year 2245 A.C. a meteorite with an unknown radiation collided with the earth realising particles which was later name ‹‹Orlion››. These particles granted some chosen human beings capabilities out of the ordinary. Referring to these super human capabilities as super powers is too dull, isn't it? That's why they gave it a name in regards to the name of the particles who granted us humans with these powers. It was named ‹‹Orsals››.
Whether you'll have orsals or not didn't depend on your genes, background abilities, location or such. The only factor that determines whether you'll have an orsal or not is luck.
From back ground researches only 3% of humanity currently possesses orsals. These 3% were named ‹‹Users››.
So as to prevent useless wars, help users control their powers and such in 2301 A.C. the World Orsal Association , W.O.A., composed of mainly users created a school at the right end of the world and name it ‹‹Valhalla ››
