It was just my avarage day, looking out the window. The teacher came in and we bowed. As I say back down, I heard another set of foot steps. "Goodmorning class, from today, a transfer student is going to join you". "Like I care" I thought knowing that new people are only going to add to my problems. "Hello everyone! I am Arora! I'm happy to join you all for the rest of highschool!" I sighed thinking that the new girl will be a loud mouth, I still didn't take a look at her. The teach ended up sitting her at the corner opposite to me. I was glad knowing we won't interact much. "Yo Kai, look the new chick! She's quite cute. You'll definitely love her." Luke said to me. He was one of my only real friends and sat behind be. "I don't wanna get into trouble again Luke, you know that." I replied.
At the end of the day, I wanted to live a peaceful life, all by myself.
The bell rang, and the day was over. I started walking home. On my way there, I was a girl playing with a kitten. She wore the same uniform as we did. Her voice sang like a kuckoo bird, her hair danced like the waves at shore, and briefly, I saw her eyes, shining like a stary night. "Oh hey! I'm Arora! I think you're in my class!" As my cheeks flushed a bit, I knew I was getting into trouble, but I also knew that this was the best time to be in trouble. I walked past her, keeping my composure and not breaking. "Oh hey." I said and I waved at her.
