Synopsis
He was the city’s youngest billionaire CEO—cold, calculating, and dangerously brilliant. She was a girl on the run, with nothing but a forged ID and a dark past she couldn’t escape. When 18-year-old Aria Quinn arrives in New York City with a false identity, she isn’t looking for trouble—only survival. Haunted by a tragedy she barely escaped, she keeps her head down and takes a job as a night janitor at the towering headquarters of SilvyrTech, the most powerful tech empire on the East Coast. She never expected to crash—literally—into Lucien Silvyr, the infamous 24-year-old CEO with ice in his veins and secrets deeper than hers. Lucien is known for three things: building his company from scratch, never trusting anyone, and firing people on the spot. But instead of dismissing Aria, he keeps her close… too close. As she’s pulled into his glittering world of money, secrets, and manipulation, Aria must tread carefully. Because Lucien isn't just a man—he’s a mystery wrapped in danger. And someone wants both of them dead. In a world of glass towers and silver lies, can a girl with nothing find love with a man who hides everything?

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1: The Girl With No Name

The rain had teeth.

It bit at Aria's cheeks as she stared up at the towering skyscraper that pierced the midnight sky like a blade. SilvyrTech HQ. Forty-two floors of mirrored steel and power she couldn't comprehend. But tonight, she was only here to mop the marble floors.

Her fake ID said Elena Frost. Seventeen. High school dropout. Hired by a third-party cleaning agency with no questions asked.

Good.

She needed anonymity. She needed silence.

But fate, as always, had other plans.

As the elevator doors slid open, she stepped into the executive floor—and collided with someone solid. Her bucket clattered to the floor, water spilling like a silver halo between them.

Her eyes darted up.

He was taller than she imagined—taller than the Forbes photos, colder than the rumors. Sharp black suit. Pale gray eyes that didn't blink.

Lucien Silvyr.

The youngest self-made billionaire in America.

And the most dangerous.

"You're not supposed to be here," he said

quietly.

Neither was she.
