My eyes followed her as she entered the company—dressed in a full suit, buttoned up from head to toe. Not a hint of makeup adorned her face.
She looked nervous, almost startled, and I could tell the tight suit wasn't making it any easier for her to breathe.
I leaned back in my chair, taking her in. In the moonlight, she'd be more my type, I thought, a smile tugging at the corner of my lips.
