Elara's gaze passed over Emory's carriage and landed on Wenbin, who was already standing in front of another carriage, dressed as a guard, bowing deeply to her.
Wenbin's eyes were very bright as he looked at her, filled with deep gratitude and admiration.
Born as the lowest of slaves, Wenbin had never received real help from anyone except his master, no matter how talented he was.
But this young lady truly saved him and came back for him as promised.
Wenbin was extremely grateful and engraved that gratitude deeply in his heart, deciding that even if he had to break into pieces, he would repay her double in the future.
Elara nodded at him and withdrew her gaze, just in time to see Gareth, Prince Yu, and Prince Leland, who had returned earlier than her, already walking toward her in new clothes and appearances.
"Was everything smooth? Did you get hurt?"
"The Geranium Kingdom's Blood-robed Tower division recently transferred a lot of people, but with that cunning Blood Lord's personality, it's possible he still left a few behind. Did you run into any danger?"
The three surrounded her, first asking about Elara's safety, and after hearing her reply that "everything went smoothly, no need to worry," they relaxed and started discussing the possible reactions of the other forces.
Elara listened to their discussion, occasionally adding a sentence or two, while taking out the divine shield and divine lock given to her by Prince Yu and Prince Leland, and handed them back.
The two saw the divine items she returned and exchanged a look, but did not take them.
"By the way, our Hundred Nations Banquet journey can be considered over. The gains far exceeded expectations, and now that everyone's back safely, let's sort out the spoils first."
Prince Yu said this as he boarded the largest carriage in the whole convoy.
Their current team was a three in one combination, her forces, Prince Yu's, and Prince Leland's, all united. The total number of people and carriages was much larger than when they started.
Among the merchant group, the biggest carriage belonged to Prince Leland.
Elara, Gareth, and Prince Leland followed and got into the carriage as well.
Prince Leland's carriage was disguised as ordinary on the outside, but was spacious and luxurious inside. Even with the four of them sitting down, there was still quite a bit of space left.
Prince Yu, who sat down first, had already placed various divine vein treasures they took from the underground onto the small table in front of them.
Gareth also put the three divine vein treasures he was entrusted with on the table. Prince Leland took out all the divine items he had snatched from his coat pocket.
Elara also took out all the divine vein treasures she seized, except for the Core Palace.
In an instant, the small table in front of them was piled with divine vein treasures of all shapes and sizes.
Even in the top tier major forces, this kind of scene was rare.
After all, the world had countless large and small kingdoms and factions. Some people from smaller nations had never even seen the lowest grade of divine vein treasure in their entire lives. Yet now, their table was filled with lower, lower mid, and even mid grade divine vein treasures.
The four of them did a count and found they had obtained a total of sixteen divine vein treasures this time from the underground.
Among them, the highest grade were three mid level divine vein treasures.
[Jade Flute]—Taken by Elara from the leader of the Shuitian Kingdom. Its known effects include: soundwave attacks that can disturb and confuse all nearby people, causing them to lose control, go mad, or even die; it can also be used for control, influencing the thoughts and actions of those nearby, making them obey the flute player when the sound starts.
Other functions are yet to be explored.
[Windcloud Boots]—Taken by Elara from the leader of the Shuitian Kingdom. Their known effects include: the ability to double the wearer's natural speed; allowing the wearer to float and walk through the air, with the surface of the shoes able to shift and disguise at will.
Other functions are yet to be explored.
[Wind Fighter]—Taken by Prince Yu and Prince Leland from the leader of Louhanze Kingdom. Its known effect is: it can create suction to absorb all lightweight materials nearby. The destination of the absorbed items is unknown, similar to a bottomless pit.
Other functions are still being studied.
There are four mid to lower grade divine vein gifts:
[Map Tracker]—Named by Gareth after Elara's suggestion, taken by Prince Yu and Prince Leland from Salvia Kingdom and its affiliated nations. It can sense the surrounding map and mark the location of pursuers within range.
Other functions are still being studied.
[Divine Shield]—Taken by Prince Leland from the leader of Depei Kingdom. Its known function: significantly increases the wearer's defense and can generate shield shadows to protect others the wearer wishes to guard. There's no limit to the number of shield shadows, but the more shadows there are, the weaker their defense becomes. Fewer shadows make each one stronger.
[Divine Lock]—Taken by Prince Leland and Prince Yu from the leader of Yuannan Kingdom. Its known function: it can switch between a dagger and binding rope. Both the attack and restraint abilities are extremely strong.
Other functions are still being studied.
[Divine Stone]—Taken by Prince Leland and Prince Yu from Zeyue Kingdom. Its known function: it can double the pressure (gravity) experienced by people or objects within a two-zhang radius.
Other functions are still being studied.
There are nine lower grade divine vein gifts:
[Shadow Garment]—Taken by Elara from Xuezhe Kingdom. It can automatically change its appearance to match the surrounding environment, allowing the wearer to visually blend in.
[Scent Compass]—Taken by Prince Leland from Changzi Kingdom. It is a compass-like object that can automatically track a specific scent and show the direction of the scent source.
[No-Shadow Gloves]—Taken by Elara from Chengyan City. They are thin, transparent gloves like cicada wings. Once worn, they resist boiling water and magma and can adapt to and protect against any environment.
[Ice Shield]—Taken by Prince Yu from Huachuiyan. This large shield can instantly generate ice spikes on its surface.
[Flame Spear]—Taken by Prince Leland from Huyan Kingdom. It is a long spear that can shoot out flames.
[Lie Detector Bracelet]—Taken by Elara from Meilian. This bracelet changes color based on whether the person being tested is lying or not.
[Auto Scanner]—Also named by Elara. Taken by Prince Leland from Qingkehui. It can quickly scan and search through large numbers of bamboo slips and other documents for the desired information.
[Breath Pearl]—Taken by Prince Yu from Shuilian Kingdom. When carried into water, it forms a layer of air around the body, allowing the wearer to breathe underwater.
[Air Scale Armor]—Taken by Prince Leland from Taihuo Island. It can form armor made of scale-like plates around the body. The armor is incredibly light and extremely durable.
After a discussion, the four initially decided to let Elara take forty percent of the items first. The remaining sixty percent would be evenly split between Prince Yu and Prince Leland, each taking thirty percent.
After all, it was Elara who saved them during the crisis underground. Because of her, they were able to bring back so many divine items.
Gareth, Prince Yu, and Prince Leland had grown much closer to Elara after this Hundred Nations Banquet.
However, the closer people get, the more clearly things need to be handled. Otherwise, goodwill eventually runs out and good relationships turn bad.
Prince Yu and Prince Leland had spent years in court politics and understood these matters well.
Still, they valued people more. Compared to the power given by divine items, they didn't want any damage to their relationship with Elara, so they all agreed to let her pick her forty percent first.
Elara understood their reason for doing this. But she had already received a large number of "Divine Slips" into her space and didn't intend to take advantage of them.
They didn't want friction with her, and she didn't want that either.
So after already getting the "Divine Slips," Elara only took the [Windcloud Boots], [Map Tracker], [No-Shadow Gloves], and [Lie Detector Bracelet]. She didn't plan to take the remaining twelve items.
She mainly took these items to prepare for her trip to the Salvia Kingdom.
Compared to what she took from the Core Palace, these twelve items were average in performance or not very necessary.
