In this world the monarch's are named after "The constellations in the sky"
The main character of this novel is Darius Drakenhart. He was the world's greatest Monarch before he was betrayed and ambushed by his fellow Monarch's.
He was the Draco Monarch. The symbol of the dragon. Fierce and unyielding.
After he died, five years later he reincarnated into the body of Caelum Valeborne.
The Valeborne Family was once a great aristocratic family, before other aristocratic families connived to bring them down.
Why did they do this you ask??
Because in this world, Monarch's are the rulers and decision makers. They own large properties and businesses. In order to survive in this world you must belong to once Monarch.
You must become a disciples under one of the current twelve monarch's.

Let's talk about the world building in the novel.
In this world, Monarch's rule, they have democratic power because they are the strongest and thus are not under anyone.
The only person above the Monarch's is the Divine priest.
Keep this in mind. We haven't mentioned about the priest yet so far.
In this world only those born with supernatural abilities are able to become rich and influencial. Here power is everything.
For the commoners their forced to work menial jobs like, dish washing or being test subjects. There really is no job available for the powerless.
They can only hope they have a child born with supernatural abilities to save them.
But that's were the Dark Disciples come into play.
Dark Disciples:As the name suggests, they are commoners born without any supernatural abilities. So they take artificial drugs or use forbidden methods in order to gain an ability regardless of age.
This is forbidden by law as it is deadly and dangerous. They could lose control of their abilities and themselves. They could also turn mutated. It's really risky but some have no other choice.
The Phoenix Monarch _Lord Fenix Aetheris controls most of Southern Europe. Where the Valeborne Family resides.
Note: The country that this novel begins in is _Ukraine, in southern Europe. Yes this is were Darius reincarnated, in Ukraine. It is also were the Valeborne GeneX business resides.
