Sierre's entire body was bathed in azure flames, the Orichalcos mark on his forehead glimmering. In that instant, he seemed to be swallowed by the dark inferno.
"Die!"
The gigantic earth-shoveling beetle charged at top speed, erupting with a high velocity disproportionate to its massive size. A huge shadow swept towards Judai, opening its enormous, foul-smelling maw as if to devour him.
But Judai remained motionless; Yugen had already drawn a card from his hand.
"Activate Trap Card from my hand – Magic Cylinder!"
Judai: "!"
Sierre: "!!! "
The Trap Card's image materialized, and the Magical Cylinders appeared on the field in front of Judai. A look of surprise involuntarily appeared on Sierre's face: "Activating a Trap from the hand?"
"'Demise, King of Armageddon' destroyed a Set card, which was the Trap Card 'Cross Counter Trap'," Yugen said. "This card was sent to the Graveyard by the opponent's effect. For one turn, it can be activated from the hand." (Original card)
Sierre's face twisted: "There's still a hole!?"
In one turn, he had used Sacred Phoenix to clear the backrow once, and then King of Armageddon to blow up the entire field twice.
How could there still be a trap after such a thorough clearing?
The first layer of traps outside was a double defense line formed by Yugen and Judai's respective two "Mirror Force" cards. However, on top of that, Yugen had also set up a substitute trap-destroying "Fake Trap".

A large cauldron appeared on the field. Doom Dozer plunged headfirst into the cauldron, instantly boiling down and decomposing into nutrients, which were then absorbed into Sierre's body.
Rather than being exploited by the opponent's borrowed power, it was better to cook and eat it himself.

"If you've decided to use your backup to cover your companion, then you'll take the brunt of the ultimate wrath in your companion's stead!" Sierre roared, "Demise, King of Armageddon, direct attack on that sneaky little devil!"
King of Armageddon stomped forward, and with each step, the entire earth seemed to tremble. The giant axe carved a fiery arc as it descended, striking with the force of splitting a mountain towards Yugen.
"I won't let you hurt my friend!"
Judai raised his hand.
"Last turn, after receiving Yugen's 'Card Destruction' effect and being discarded to the Graveyard, 'Necro Gardna's' effect activates!
During the opponent's turn, by banishing this card from the Graveyard, once this turn, the opponent's attack is negated!"
A ghostly apparition appeared in front of Yugen, like a transparent force field barrier blocking him. King of Armageddon's destructive axe strike slammed into that transparent barrier, and blue flames scraped off the barrier.
Sierre pouted: "Hmph, 'Card Destruction' from last turn actually concealed such a combo too..."
His ultimate OTK, which involved sacrificing a large amount of LP and even his own life force to clear the field, resulted in his sure-kill combo dealing zero damage and almost sending himself packing.
Are these two little devils really students?
Sierre frowned, beginning to realize if his decision to go one-on-two was a bit too disdainful.

Yugen smiled, nodding to Judai: "Thanks."
"Good friends have to help each other out, right? Besides, you covered me first," Judai chuckled, rubbing his nose.
But this interaction, seen through Sierre's eyes, only made him more uncomfortable.
"Still got time to play friendship games? Alright, let's see how long you can last." Sierre said in a deep voice, "Activate Spell Card 'Card of Burial Magic'! I can banish three Spell Cards from my Graveyard and draw two cards." (Original card)
Golden light appeared in the Graveyard, and three cards flew out, which he revealed.
"I will banish the Spell Cards 'Last Hope of Nephthys,' 'Advanced Ritual Art,' and 'Mystik Wok' from my Graveyard and draw two cards."
The images of the three Spell Cards materialized from the Graveyard and quickly dissipated in the golden light. Sierre then drew cards from his Deck.
"Also, I haven't Normal Summoned this turn.
I'll Set one monster on my field, then Set two more cards. Turn end."
"Alright! Then it's my turn, I can't let Yugen's setup go to waste!"
Judai slapped his face, concentrating fully.
"My turn, draw!" Judai said, "First, activate Spell Card 'Fusion Recovery'! I'll return one 'Polymerization' and one Fusion Material monster from my Graveyard to my hand.
I'll return the Spell Card 'Polymerization' and 'Elemental HERO · Bubbleman' from my Graveyard to my hand!"
Two cards returned from the Graveyard. Judai added one to his hand, and the other was immediately played onto the field.
"Then, I'll summon 'Elemental HERO · Bubbleman'!"

He drew a card from his hand and sent it to the Graveyard.
"I discard one card from my hand to destroy 'Demise, King of Armageddon'!"
Plasma Vice's hands vibrated, golden electrical light enveloped its entire body, and a full-power strike like a lightning spear shot towards the King of Destruction!
"Useless!" Sierre's eyes were already filled with blue flames. "Activate my Set card, Trap Card 'Dark Sacrifice'! When a card on the field is about to be destroyed by an effect, negate that effect, then send a DARK monster with Level 3 or less from the Deck to the Graveyard."
Dark mist swirled up, like a spiral barrier blocking King of Armageddon. Plasma Vice's lightning blast directly hit the dark mist barrier, and golden light crackled outwards.
"King of Armageddon is invincible, and with 'The Seal of Orichalcos' strengthening him, his ATK increases to 2900. Even your Fusion Hero cannot defeat him," Sierre narrowed his eyes.
"If once isn't enough, then again!" Judai shouted, "'Elemental HERO · Plasma Vice's' effect activates again! Discard one card from my hand to destroy an Attack Position monster.
Destroy 'Demise, King of Armageddon'!"
Sierre was startled: "Is it also an effect with no activation limit, like King of Armageddon's?"
"That's right, Plasma Vice's effect can be activated any number of times per turn!" Judai said, "Go! Ionized Pierce!"
The golden electrical spear pierced again, xuyên through the body of the dark Demon King. King of Armageddon's chest was pierced through with a huge hole, its massive body wrapped in deep blue flames, it tilted to the side and collapsed, erupting in a sky-high blue fire with a roar.
