As a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit user, Magellan's entire body was infused with deadly poison, granting him terrifying toxic abilities.
His poison was so potent that even he, immune to it, suffered daily bouts of diarrhea from its intensity...
"Poison Dragon!"
With a furious roar, torrents of venom erupted from Magellan's body, surging into the air and merging into three massive, terrifying dragons of poison. They writhed midair, dripping corrosive liquid.
Just a single drop of that venom was enough to melt bone and inflict agonizing death.
The three venomous dragons spiraled through the sky, rapidly descending toward Madara, who was engaged in fierce combat atop a colossal tree.
"Poison, huh? The powers in this world really are bizarre."
Watching the venomous dragons soar toward him, Madara's eyes gleamed. By now, he was entirely convinced—this was not the Shinobi World.
Back in the Shinobi World, even with Kekkei Genkai, most jutsu required hand seals.
Yet the two individuals here, manipulating ice and poison, moved as if the elements were mere extensions of their will—no seals needed at all.
With a swift backflip, Madara leapt onto the highest root of the massive tree.
Forming the Ram seal with both hands, he performed a Wood Style jutsu.
Wood Style: Wood Dragon Technique!
From the depths of the sea, countless roots surged forth and twisted together at Madara's command.
Aokiji, sensing something wrong, quickly retreated to the frozen terrain he had created.
In mere seconds, the entangled roots formed a colossal dragon over ten meters wide. Its upper half emerged from the sea, with Madara standing atop what appeared to be its head—its gaping mouth formed from interwoven roots, letting out a silent roar.
Empowered by the Nativity of a World of Trees, this Wood Dragon far surpassed a standard summoning. It was the strongest Wood Style technique Madara could currently perform.
As for Wood Human Technique or True Several Thousand Hands, those were beyond the capabilities of his current incomplete fusion with Hashirama's cells.
Rather than sending the dragon to attack Aokiji, Madara used it to intercept the three venomous dragons.
He had already determined Aokiji possessed a Logia-type Devil Fruit, likely the Ice-Ice Fruit, which allowed his body to become elemental and ignore physical attacks.
Though Wood Style contained chakra, its nature was still primarily physical—rendering it ineffective against Logia users.
Whether the poison user below had the same immunity was unclear.
Madara summoned the Wood Dragon solely to restrain the poison dragons. Dealing with the ice-user alone was enough trouble—facing another opponent of similar strength would be too much, even for him.
Under Madara's control, the Wood Dragon entangled with the poison dragons. They tore into each other in a frenzied clash, neither able to overpower the other.
Seeing this, Aokiji frowned.
This man was truly strange.
Normally, a person could only consume one Devil Fruit. But this guy had already displayed three distinct abilities:
The power to control wood,
The ability to release fire,
And even a hypnotic ability.
Each of these powers contradicted or countered the others. How could one person possess them all?
And where had he come from? Why did he destroy Impel Down?
As a fellow Devil Fruit user, Aokiji's mind swirled with questions he couldn't answer.
This man had to be captured and brought back to Marine Headquarters. His secrets needed to be unraveled.
With that resolution, Aokiji witnessed yet another astonishing sight.
Madara leapt from the Wood Dragon's head, a smirk forming on his lips.
Dark blue energy erupted around him, rapidly forming a skeletal frame. In moments, it solidified with muscle and chakra pathways into a towering, terrifying blue giant.
With dual faces and four arms, it slammed into the frozen ground below.
Boom!!
The frozen landscape trembled. Massive cracks spread across the ice like spiderwebs.
Inside the translucent giant stood Madara, wearing a crazed, elated expression.
"Warm-up's over. Now begins round two."
Susanoo!
As the Uchiha clan's ultimate technique, Susanoo possessed overwhelming power and nearly impenetrable defense. Only those who had awakened both Mangekyō Sharingan could summon it!
But that limitation applied only to the first activation.
Once awakened, this so-called divine power became etched into the user's soul. Even a blind user could still summon it, though at a higher chakra cost.
In another timeline, a blind Uchiha Madara had indeed used Susanoo.
Thus, even though he had yet to reclaim his eyes and could only access the Three Tomoe Sharingan, the rejuvenated Madara could still unleash this ultimate technique.
Seeing Madara encased in the blue giant, Aokiji was momentarily stunned.
…A fourth ability.
But upon hearing Madara's words, he chuckled.
Warm-up?
He had also been holding back, merely testing this man's strength.
After all, how could an Admiral—capable of freezing entire whirlpools—not possess more devastating techniques?
Even the "minor moves" he had used earlier were enough to defeat most enemies.
Raising his arms, fingers spread, ice and snow rapidly covered half of Aokiji's body. He spoke in a calm, deep tone.
"Ice Block: Longinus!"
A torrent of freezing energy surged like a tidal wave, forming a massive ice spear over ten meters in diameter. Its tip towered even higher than Madara's Susanoo.
The biting cold emanating from it thickened the ice beneath their feet.
With a flick of his hand, the terrifying ice spear shot forth like a bullet, tearing through the air and carving a deep trench along the ice.
In the blink of an eye, it struck Susanoo head-on.
Rather than fear, Madara was thrilled.
Susanoo stepped forward. All four hands drew chakra swords from midair.
With four chakra blades, Madara struck the spear with overwhelming force.
Crack!
A sharp shatter echoed through the battlefield. The spear splintered from its tip, breaking into shards.
Yet at the same time, all four of Susano'o's swords shattered as well.
Susanoo itself was blown back nearly a hundred meters, crashing into the deep blue sea with a massive splash.
Splash!
Waves erupted skyward, nearly a hundred meters high.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the battlefield, the four dragons—Wood Dragon and three poison dragons—clashed fiercely.
The Wood Dragon, corroded by venom, was eventually torn apart.
