{Qi is located in the Dantian, located above the solar plexus, and channels through meridians, basically qi blood veins. Qi is used in the 2 forms of qi manipulation, Qi martial arts, and Qi sorcery, both of which require often years of training to perform and are used for all kinds of purposes much like regular martial arts.
When Qi is formed, usually martial artists must perform a ritual to lock their qi to one of the 4 types. See, Qi can be put on an axis, and this axis is used to figure out what your qi type is. For example, the X axis of qi is Realm Qi, aka if your qi is aligned to the heavens or the layers of hell. It doesn't make you good or evil since morality is a subjective thing.}

There's a set of 2 axes of qi, with the first one being the x-axis of realm qi with pure to demon qi.
anyway, if you want to get close to Heaven, you lock yourself to pure Qi. Pure Qi is tied to heavenly ideals of order, orthodoxy, nobility, etc. Pure qi Sects are stuff like the My Hua sect, Thousand Petal Lotus sect, etc. Pure Qi also affects the physical body, by making the physical body more ethereally beautiful in nature, like when you are staring at a beautiful spirit. It's also basically tied to the divine realms, so it does major wonders against beings made Purely of Demon qi. pure Qi cultivation is often based on meditation, Studying, and Spiritual Understanding of one's self
Then there's its opposite in the form of demon Qi; demon Qi is tied to the 18 layers of hell, the guai, the Darker Divine beings, etc.; locking to this qi often has an effect of making you more beautiful in the seductive, alluring way as a tempter trying to convince you to work with them, or a seducer trying to convince you to take them dinner for the night; this type of qi is used by people like the Laughing Thunder Hall, the Ashen Fang cult, etc.; it's also more often than not effective on mortals since, you know, humans. Anyway, you cultivate demon qi via the good old-fashioned partying, violence, duels, etc., basically the opposite of pure qi; demon qi focuses on having as much fun as possible.
Now then after The x-axis of realm tied qi, there's the Y-Axis of polarity, with this being based around yin and yang
Yin Qi is tied to ideals of Entropy, Stillness, Death, with these things making the other forms of Qi such as Ice qi, Shadow Qi, Earth Qi, etc., using this qi also affects the body via making you mentally colder the more you use it, and also if you apply physical transformation with Yin qi you can cause your body to become more effeminate if you're like 18-25 while doing this, you know where your bodies physically still able to become more effeminate, of course this is only really done if you want to have a more effeminate body for seduction reasons, hiding your true power etc., I don't judge when training Yin qi it's best to rely on Calmness, Quiet, and introspective thinking.
Then there's Yang Qi tied to emotions of passion, Active moment, Life, and is usually manifested as Fire qi, Metal qi; wind qi, light qi etc., when you use this you start to become more emotional to the point you risk becoming a berserker and becoming consumed by emotional energy with boosts your Qi but lose control in exchange, and when you apply body transformation you can become more masculine in the process, with this being less optional and can cause both genders to possess muscles of absolute steel…sometimes literally! Either way, You train this type by relying on realizing who you are internally actively focusing on your emotions instead of bottling them up, etc…so this is the therapy qi
Finally, there's how you can lock your Qi to one side of the 4 squares in the axis; by performing a qi ritual known as the binding, you can lock your Dantian into manifesting one of the 4 types of qi- Pure Yin, Pure Yang, Demon Yin, Demon Yang— thus affecting how you cultivate, how your martial arts manifest, and in your case, how your miracle Bod.}
"Wait" I say confused "what is a miracle bod-" before I could even finish the tile spoke back sounding exasperated at me

Cue me being embarrassed as I decide to utter the next couple words under my breath "…I only just unlocked my qi…" cue me hearing a sound akin to a wall being hit, thankfully I was still in stopped time so I didn't worry about anyone hearing it
(ok so miracle bodies are a 1 in a 1000 body that can give some extra bonuses to a cultivator's abilities, by altering the way their qi works, the way it manifests, or just auto-locking you to a qi type, on a lesser scale you're moderately better at some form of Qi, and on the major skill makes you an absolute master of Qi at a lower level than most people who train in Qi, so uhh..crazy. In your miracle body's case out of the grade 1-grade 9 your miracle body is a grade 3 the third weakest grade but also allows you to access other miracle bodies through time and effort
Your miracle body is the body of 1000 brews, basically by being near any qi pills, elixirs, or herbs you refine them with your presence and makes them work better increasing the amount of qi they can provide which is very very useful, also when you use these things you don't waste a drop of their qi they provide, meaning even when you perform a technique to absorb them you don't lose a drop of qi and gain the full load, plus you also gain another thing, when you perform techniques with your Qi you don't waste excess qi and only use the minimum qi required unless you purposely put more into it}
I nodded and said to the exasperated-sounding Tile, "That actually sounds really cool…wait is that why when I take damage my qi shell seems to thin slower than most? It focuses itself on healing and makes sure not a single bit of qi is wasted?"

{ Correct, whenever you take damage, the miracle body will manage the regen process so you don't have to worry about losing too much qi when you take damage and have to allocate qi to stop your body from bleeding or to heal it. Anyway, time will resume soon, so it's best to just memorize all this. }
I nodded, and time resumed as Lian explained what the system said in a deep voice as we walked. I notably tuned him out because the system already explained it all to me, meaning I really didn't have to pay attention.
