CHAPTER 15
Lucian's POV
I heard reports from Julian that Noelle hasn't been eating for the past three days. I was worried
If she doesn't eat ,her magic would be quite low
There's something about her that felt off
I asked a random guy to call Noelle for me.
''Lucian maybe she's angry, maybe we should apologize'' Valens told me
I calmly sat on my study chair glancing at the outside window.
The sky would be back to its color within two days time which is on Friday, due to that ,everyone have to wear red and black due to my mum
As I thought about my mom, I heard a soft knock on the door
''Noelle'' Valens called out excitingly
I turned my head towards the door and calmly but coldly told her to come in
She came in wearing a short black straight dress but it was covered through the hoodie she wore and also some black girlish boot
I have to say she looked cute in it
She entered and slowly started walking to me
I sensed fear but I didn't talk.
I gazed at her and the ground since there were boundries set in my study
Just don't come to me. Especially if you are a female
She's new here so she doesn't know Just then Julian appeared at the door
By then she was infront of me
''You asked of me.. Lucian ''she said emphasizing on my name
I froze. She called my name?
It sounded so peaceful like she was the only instrument that sounds like heaven
It sounded soft and enchanting. No one has ever said my name like that. No one even dares to say my name
It felt like my mom get called me
I guess Julian saw the sudden change of expression on my face so he was about to warn her on how to address me but I stopped him
I guess I like it when she calls my name
As we were in the car ,I realized that during her stay here, all she does is to escape so I had to suck out here magic temporarily o that she can't use her magic
As I did that she felt weak and quickly leaned on my shoulder.
I froze for sometime.
I..Is she leaning on me ? I thought.
That was my first physical touch apart from my sister
''What else do you think you idiot'' Valens cursed me
I wonder what had gotten into him
I ignored his insults that was springing at me
I turned to look at the slightly pale young lass sleeping softly on my shoulder
Her hair was disheveled on her face
My fingers trembled slightly to brush off the silvery white strand of hair on her face
I finally touched her face
It was soft and very smooth. I finally brushed off the hair and started searching her face with my hand .I traced her ears, nose. cheeks and etc
For the first time I didn't feel disgusted but rather mesmerized by her beauty
My eyes roamed her lips. My fingers wanting to touch it trembled slightly. Before I could touch them, I stopped myself and quickly retreated my hand
''What the heck are you doing Lucian?'' I questioned myself
I left her to regain some pieces of mana to replenish some of her energy
