Summary of Protagonist's Skills and Items at End of Volume One
Basic Attributes:
Strength: E
Agility: E
Endurance: E
Magic: E
Luck: A
Skills:
Skill 1: Growth Potential·B (initial)
Because you are not a fairy or Heroic Spirit born with halted growth, as a human your future holds infinite possibilities. Your attributes can be improved through postnatal experiences, and you can acquire new skills or even Noble Phantasms.
Skill 2: Otherworld Knowledge·A (initial)
You are not native to this Britain; as a drifter from afar you possess knowledge outside this era, enabling you to seize opportunities others cannot and achieve feats beyond ordinary reach.
Skill 3: Morning Star·C (acquired after first simulation)
Your actions more easily inspire others. When you serve as a faction leader or hold real authority, allied characters in your camp gain a modest boost to their capabilities.
Skill 4: Star-Chasing Eye·B (acquired after defeating Fairy Knight Lancelot in the fourth simulation)
After repeatedly attempting to chase meteors with your naked eyes, you succeeded in 'catching' them. Your dynamic vision is greatly enhanced: any projectile attacks are fully visible to you. If your physique suffices to intercept such an attack, you will inevitably succeed.
Skill 5: Flying Shield Mastery·E (acquired after defeating the Shade Yser in the fourth simulation)
Among weapon specializations, this is extremely marginal. At higher levels it may yield surprising effects. At its current low level, if the enemy has not confiscated your shield, you are guaranteed the first two shield-throw attacks to hit, but you cannot guarantee successful retrieval of the shield.
Skill 6: Serene Mirror, Still Water (Pseudo)·B (acquired after defeating Fairy Knight Lancelot in the fourth simulation)
"Mind clear and calm, heart pure; respond to what comes, leave the past behind." This represents the peak mental state of a martial artist: tranquil, undistracted. While held, your mental Resistance greatly increases and you concentrate easily without interference, allowing the calmest decisions in battle. Because it was not obtained through your own battles, it carries the "Pseudo" tag: its rank is reduced from A+ to B, you cannot fully unleash its effects, and it cannot remain active constantly—you must consciously focus to activate it.
Skill 7: Supreme Technique: My Style (Pseudo)·A (acquired after defeating Fairy Knight Lancelot in the fourth simulation)
Your mastery of Western two-handed swordsmanship is peerless. You blend the Spanish windmill, Italian iron butterfly, and German secret-strike techniques to forge a unique personal style. Were it passed on, it could found a "Guinevere Style" school capable of challenging any famed sword saint. Because it was not learned firsthand in battle, it carries the "Pseudo" tag: its rank is lowered to A, and you still need time to fully master it.
Hidden Skill 1: Endless Trial of the Undying·EX
(This skill's details are known only to you; to others it appears as Intuition·A.)
You may activate this skill against any target. If you die in combat, time resets to before the fight, and you can retry infinitely until you win or exhaust your own resolve.
Hidden Skill 2: Rune Transmutation of the Faded·EX
(This skill's details are known only to you; to others it appears as Bond Power·A.)
By consuming mana-containing currency, you directly absorb its power and convert it into attribute increases, with no adverse side effects. Mana-based currencies such as Mana Pounds or QP qualify.
Attribute E→D requires 5,000,000 QP
Attribute D→C requires 50,000,000 QP
Attribute C→B requires 500,000,000 QP
Attribute B→A requires 5,000,000,000 QP
Craft Essences (Formations):
Craft Essence 1: AZOTH Sword (Rarity·R)
A basic mage accessory and ceremonial staff. "AZOTH" means mercury in alchemy. In the Mage Association, an AZOTH Sword is a popular gift—given by parents or teachers at adulthood ceremonies.
Craft Essence 2: Ayzle's Radiant Prism Staff (Rarity·SR)
Belonging to one of the "Origin Mages," Ayzle's Radiant Prism Staff. Only those who have touched the Wisdom within the Stone may wield it. It serves as a universal magical catalyst: it shortens all spell chants but raises magic consumption. When casting spells with the "Star" attribute, you receive extra bonus. If this staff is broken, the Noble Phantasm "Comet Ayzle" cannot be used for a period.
Craft Essence 3: ??? (Rarity: ???)
Visually an ordinary badge, obtained when you awoke after crossing over. It bears strange engravings that fill you with disgust. Its function remains unknown.
Noble Phantasms:
Noble Phantasm I: Celestial Flame Judgement (temporary NP projection)
"At this moment, I channel my life into the chamber."
"For the one I love, I am willing to sacrifice my life."
NP Rank: C
Type: Anti-Person / Anti-Unit
Origin: A weapon from a distant universe embodying a "divine" authority, praised for ultimate destructive power. When fully unleashed, its brilliance rivals a star's final blaze. Its true form is two handguns that combine into a sword shape upon full release, but you hold only projection fragments now, so you can only summon the sword-shaped illusion.
- Low-Power Mode: You can imbue a real sword with some of its attributes, greatly boosting attack and adding fire property, but this heavily drains stamina and shortens lifespan with repeated use.
- Full Release ("Flame Drawn"): Consumes 100% of the wielder's life, summons the projection for a single strike. Its power is at least Anti-Unit; with sufficient strength it can reach Anti-Nation or beyond. After use, the NP is removed.
Current trait: "Sacrifice." Gaining further traits raises its rank and unlocks more functions.
In reality, you may use it once per simulation as a temporary projection.
Noble Phantasm II: Comet Ayzle
"——Child of the Stars, return once more to the distant darkness."
NP Rank: A
Type: Anti-Unit
Origin: From the "Origin Mage" Ayzle's stellar magic, capable—given enough mana—of endlessly unleashing powerful star streams. Its origin lies in a remote cosmic abyss that risks the mind's ruin. Requires a "staff-type" magical catalyst (e.g., Ayzle's Radiant Prism Staff). If that catalyst is broken, this NP becomes temporarily unusable.
Other Known Information:
Info 1: A blessing/protection from an unknown fairy causes you to carry a strong fairy aura, making other fairies easily mistake your scent for one of their own.
Info 2: A temporary buff from an unknown fairy renders Fairy Eyes ineffective against you.
