Every words feels like a knife stabbing my chest. This is much more than i expected.
Am I?
Like my father?
Is this what anger could do?
How should I explain everything to him?
He sees me as his enemy, not his beloved girlfriend anymore.
"Leave now, don't fucking manipulate me with those eyes of yours. It won't work anymore." He turned around and started walking towards the entrance.
He Stopped when he reached the entrance, "I'll give you a chance to fulfill your mission, but you have to fight me this time."
"You're the fucking traitor I hated the most. Leave, and dont come back to me." was his last words when he left.
When he left I slowly turned and walk towards the balcony, I sighed heavily.
I felt my eyes heated, I shook my head and I jumped off the balcony.
When I arrived at my own penthouse I throw myself on the couch, panting heavily.
Napatingin ako sa sahig nang may marinig akong kaluskos, it was black.
I smiled softly, my baby.
I offered my hand and he crawled up, pumulupot sya sa kamay ko.
I lay on the couch, I pats it's head.
This snake never failed to relieve the heavy feeling in my chest.
"How are you, little black?" I softly talked, he just tilted his head sideward I chuckled at his gesture.
Lumuwag ang pagpulupot nya at gumapang sya pababa ng pulsuhan ko hanggang sa maabot nya ang dibdib ko, he lay down there like he's belong there.
I sighed heavily, I don't know but whenever I'm not okay this snake is always like this.
I guess this is It's gesture to comfort?
Nagising ako nang may malakas na kalampag sa pintuan ko, I glanced up at the wall clock.
Putangina ang aga aga.
I tapped my snake that was still resting on my chest, he crawled down.
Tumayo ako at pumunta sa gawi ng pintuan tsaka binuksan iyon, pagkabukas ko ay bumungad si epsilon, at Delta.
Tinaasan ko sila ng kilay.
"Good morning, papasok." Napabutaw ako sa pintuan ng tinulak ni epsilon pabukas.
Ngumiti sila sakin bago dire-diretsong pumasok, may mga dala pa itong alak.
Para saan iyon?
Kunot noo kong sinarado ang pintuan at naglakad papuntang living room, pinaningkita ko ng mata si epsilon nang makitang sakal sakal niya si black, nang makita nya ako ay binitawan nya ito.
I sat on the couch across from him, black crawled up to my lap.
Dumating si Delta na galing sa kusina, nilagay nya siguro sa ref iyong hawak nyang alak kanina.
"Para saan iyong alak?" Mahina kong tanong.
"Kunyare ka pang hindi broken, mag iinom tayo." Si Delta at tumabi sya kay epsilon.
"Para saan?" Taas kilay kong tanong at sumandal sa couch, I crossed my arms.
"Hindi ka ba in love?" Nakangising tanong ni epsilon.
Napatahimik ako, it's imposing to lie with these two.
They both know me, and I know they've been keeping an eye on me since the first day of the mission.
"Silence means yes," Delta chuckles.
I sighed heavily, "It doesn't matter. We need to take them down."
"Can you take him down?" Madiin at seryosong Sabi ni epsilon.
"We all know you can take down your father, but not him." Delta spoke.
Yeah, I can't.
The thought of hurting him physically was too much, noong nagkaharap pa nga kami nung pinatay namin si fukumi ay nakonsensya pa ako na nasaktan ko si vlad that time.
"I don't know what happened, I told myself to not let my emotions control me." I leaned my head back.
"But the biggest question is, how did he know?" Epsilon seriously said.
My brows furrowed, he's right. Someone that knows me told him.

May iba pa bang nagmamasid saakin all this time?

Irene knows me but I know she won't betray me.

Napapikit ako ng mariin at marahas na napabuntong hininga.
"Maeve, get down!"
Mabilis akong sumalampak sa sahig pagkasigaw ni delta, a loud gunshot echoed.
Good thing is the couch was covering me, but my eyes widened as my snake hisses and it crawled down to me.
He got shot.

Black settled in my arms, I check his wound.
He's bleeding.
"Shh, Shh. It's okay," I comforted him as it looked at me. Hissing.
Epsilon quickly approached the wall on the TV, he turned on the security mode.
I repeatedly patting black's head, comforting him.
"Shh, baby it's okay.." Nanginginig ang boses ko.
I don't want to lose black, he's the only one I had.
"I'll treat you okay?" I talked to it like he can understand me.
He closed it's eyes, "No baby stay awake from me." With my pleading voice he opened his eyes.
Delta gestured me to step aside, he started treating black's wound. It wasn't in the vitals but still, I'm worried.
"That's a sniper you're not safe here anymore, maeve." I looked at epsilon.
"Yeah, I was careless. I didn't know Vladimir will be this brutal," I sighed heavily.
He can kill me but I can't even hurt him, after all I ate what I've said.
It's the opposite now.
Before he's so gentle that almost like he doesn't want to hurt me by his actions and words, and now he can even kill me.
I understand him, but I just can't take this. It's too much, I miss him.
Now I'm the one who's scared to be hurt by him, when in the first place I was determined to kill him.
I sighed heavily, it's all a mess now.
Napatingin ako sa cellphone ko na nasa lamesa, nag ring ito kaya sinagot ko.
It was guild, "leave your place immediately. Our associates are on the way, we'll talk once you get here."
Was just his words before he ended the call.
I glance at Delta who's now done treating black's wound, I crouched down and pats it's head.
"We're going to the HQ the associates are on the way," I softly said.
"Will you continue your mission?" I stopped caressing black's head at Delta's words.
"I don't know, I'll wait for Dr. Guild's order." I answered.
Even though I know the answer, I have to continue the mission.
My loyalty lies with the organization, I can't just broke it just because of this stupid feelings.
Damn, why did it had to be like this?
I grabbed black's cage and gestured him to go inside, he crawled inside the cage.
"They're here," Epsilon turned off the security mode of the penthouse.
We saw our associates wearing their white assasin uniform with red linings, our uniform was different from them though the linings and style is same but the colors are not.
Napapalibutan nila ang buong penthouse ko, I carried black's cage and we went outside.
When we arrived at the HQ I brought black to the vet medical area, and the nurses will take care of him.
In our organization we uses different animals too, wild dogs like, German shepherds, Belgian Malinois, Dobermans, American Pitbulls, St. Bernard dogs, lions, Wolves, Foxes, Snakes, Leopards, Pumas, Black Panthers. They all trained by the organization trainers.
Also black was from here, guild gave him to me when I finished my first mission as the rank 1 assasin.
I sometimes bring black with me in a mission, I'm planning to bring him to my fight with my father but seeing his situation he can't make it and he need rest.
Once I got out of the vet area I went up to the 56th floor and went to guild's office.
All my elite members are there, I sighed and sat beside alpha.
Guild was sitting on the leather couch, beside him was his wolf, it's name is Karin. It's a girl white wolf.
"I gathered you all here to announce you about white's mission," his voice was low and dangerous.
"You don't have to kill Vladimir anymore, we canceled the contract." My eyes snapped at him.
Did he?
"But in exchange, the client ask for substitute. And luckily, they chose carpio. Now you have to take him down." I clenched my fist.
That's fucking good, I'm getting thirsty killing him brutally.
"But, I'm sure Vladimir will stop you. Of course he's your father's ally, if he gets in your way it's up to you if you would kill him or not." I slowly nodded.
"This will be bloody war against you and the powerful mafia bratva bosses, but you won't work by yourself." He took a sipped from his whiskey.
"The fellow members of elite team will join you and your associates." He said, leaving no rook for complaints.
"Time to work as one again, APE NINES."
