Luke Gardiner's face stiffened, and the smile vanished: "Why are you always thinking about bringing up divorce?"
Florence Fuller turned and walked into the hotel.
Luke Gardiner followed by her side: "If you're so eager to divorce, aren't you interested in the Fuller Family's wealth anymore?"
"Divorce doesn't have much to do with it," Florence Fuller said, "You think I can't get a hold of the Fuller Family without the Gardiner Clan?"
Luke Gardiner was slightly taken aback.
It seemed he only just realized that this woman's career ambition had always been strong, enough to often leave him out of counts.
Marrying into the Gardiner Clan wasn't for enjoying life. She knew how to leverage power and climb higher, including now dealing with the Fuller Family. Using the Gardiner Clan was just more convenient.
There were other ways.
Luke Gardiner followed her into the elevator: "Alright, alright, you're incredible."
