"Let's find a place to sit," Kevin said to Eva.
"Okay," Eva nodded and followed Kevin further into the bar.
Kevin led Eva to a seat, and after they had a couple of drinks, he didn't rush things. After all, he was now a "scumbag" adhering to the "Three No's Principle"—no initiative, no refusal, no responsibility.
"Kevin, let's dance together," Eva said, standing up and pulling Kevin by the hand.
"Alright, but you can't laugh at me if I'm a bad dancer," Kevin said, letting Eva pull him to his feet.
Eva pulled Kevin onto the dance floor and started to move sensuously. Kevin genuinely didn't know how to dance and could only stiffly follow Eva's movements, slowly getting into it.
Eva, seeing Kevin's dancing, chuckled, then took Kevin's hands and placed them on her waist before draping her own arms over Kevin's shoulders and continuing to sway.
Kevin didn't hold back either. At first, his hands were relatively well-behaved, but soon they began to caress Eva's graceful body.
As they danced, the distance between them grew smaller and smaller, until Eva was practically grinding against Kevin's embrace. Kevin's body wasn't moving much, but his hands certainly weren't idle.
One hand roamed from Eva's slender waist up her back, while the other directly袭 (xí - attacked/assaulted, here meaning caressed boldly) Eva's hips, truly a case of hands roving everywhere.
"Kevin," Eva murmured, lifting her hazy, desire-filled eyes to him.
"What is it?" Kevin asked, a slight smile playing on his lips as he looked at her.
Eva slowly felt her whole body go soft and weak, leaning against Kevin, no longer swaying to the music.
Kevin, seeing Eva's flushed face and her silence, didn't play coy any longer. He half-supported, half-carried Eva towards his hotel room.
The moment they entered the room, they started kissing. Kevin lifted Eva and placed her on the sofa. It was strange; their lips barely parted, yet most of their clothes somehow ended up scattered about.
Kevin and Eva had a wild night. When Kevin woke up the next day, he noticed that some cash he had specifically left on the bedside table was gone. Kevin didn't know what the going rate was around here, but anyway, he felt Eva was worth that price, and if it was more, he didn't mind.
"Knock, knock." It wasn't dark yet, and Kevin hadn't gone out, when he heard a knock on his door. Kevin opened it to see Eva standing there with another beautiful woman.
"Hey Eva," Kevin said, opening the door to let Eva and the other woman into the room.
"Hey Kevin. I went back today, and my friend just wouldn't believe that I was so thoroughly... worn out by you alone. So today, I brought her over for you to... sample," Eva said, directly pushing the beautiful woman beside her towards Kevin. Eva then walked into the room herself without leaving.
Kevin looked at the beautiful woman now in his arms; she was a different style of beauty compared to Eva.
Before Kevin could say anything, the young woman, looking somewhat shy, followed Eva into the room. Kevin shook his head, smiled, closed the door, and walked in as well.
Kevin looked at the young woman on the sofa. She was dressed in a completely different style from Eva: a JK (Japanese schoolgirl) uniform with white stockings.
"And what's this?" Kevin asked, walking over and tilting Eva's chin up.
"I brought my sister here to take care of you," Eva said with a 'fierce' look.
"You're that good to your sister? Had something delicious and knew to bring her along for a taste?" Kevin teased Eva.
"Of course! My sisterly bond is no joke. Alright then, you go ahead and thoroughly satisfy my sister. I have to leave first," Eva said, then prepared to depart.
"Why are you leaving so soon? Not staying a little longer?" Kevin asked, an eyebrow slightly raised, a faint smile playing on his lips.
"I really can't. I was completely worn out yesterday," Eva said, even giving Kevin a look of mock disgust.
"Hahaha, alright then. I'll take good 'care' of your sister," Kevin said, putting extra emphasis on the word "care," the meaning behind it quite suggestive.
After seeing Eva off, Kevin turned to look at the JK beauty. After seeing her best friend leave, this young woman boldly beckoned to Kevin with her finger.
Seeing this, how could Kevin possibly let her go? He immediately gave her the same "deluxe package" Eva had received. The next day, she left with her white-stockinged legs somewhat unsteady, limping slightly.
Subsequently, Eva came by every day. If she didn't stay the night herself, she would always bring a "sister" over. Frankly, Eva's "resources" were truly impressive; she knew all sorts of beautiful women.
This continued until one day when Anna called, saying Damon had been released by Stefan, apparently due to something related to Elena's birth mother. Anna also said she missed Kevin a lot because Pearl was now starting to adapt to modern life, so Anna was very eager to come find Kevin. After some thought, Kevin sent Anna his location in this city.
Kevin thought about Damon being out and felt that if he wasn't around, those two brothers would start causing trouble again. He also knew he needed to get back to his proper business: unlocking the Talismans sooner and then heading back. So, after another wild night, Kevin told Eva he might have things to do lately and might not be at the hotel in the evenings.
The next day, Kevin went to Sky Palace, the place Eva had mentioned earlier. Upon entering, he found it was indeed teeming with vampires. Kevin had originally intended to grab a vampire who looked like a leader, but unexpectedly, a beautiful female vampire approached him and immediately used mind control on Kevin, making him follow her.
Kevin, seeing the situation, decided to play along and pretended to be under her control, following the beautiful vampire into an alley. The female vampire kissed Kevin for a while, then revealed her fangs and was about to bite Kevin's neck.
Kevin didn't resist, carefully sensing the flow of his blood and also controlling the Horse Talisman's healing. He planned to let her drink until his blood loss reached the limit of a normal human, at which point he would strike directly with a wooden stake and kill her.
However, what Kevin didn't expect was that the beautiful vampire stopped drinking after only a short while. She then began to compel Kevin, wanting him to leave Sky Palace and also to leave this city as soon as possible. After giving her commands, she turned to leave.
But Kevin wasn't about to let her just walk away; his own business wasn't finished yet.
"What, you're leaving right after biting me?" Kevin said, directly pulling the beautiful vampire into his embrace.
"??? Who are you?" The beautiful vampire was stunned for a moment, then immediately broke free from Kevin's embrace and took two steps back, asking.
"Beautiful, when asking for someone's name, shouldn't you introduce yourself first?" Kevin said, then with a burst of Rabbit Talisman speed, appeared behind the female vampire, whispering in her ear.
"My name is Jane. Who on earth are you?" Jane asked, seeing Kevin's speed and knowing it would be very difficult for her to escape, then stated her name.
"My name is Kevin Chase. I came to this city thinking of cleaning it up a bit," Kevin said, extending his hand to Jane.
"Cleaning up the city?" Jane asked, casually shaking Kevin's hand.
"Yeah, nothing much. I just don't like the behavior of some vampires. Thought I'd clean them up a little," Kevin said nonchalantly.
"Alright. For not draining me just now and for telling me to leave quickly, you've been removed from my list. Now, as long as you cooperate with me and gather the other vampires, I don't care if they're your adversaries or not. As long as they indiscriminately hunt humans, they are on my cleanup list," Kevin stated his purpose.
