I wake up in a strange house. "Where am I?" I ask. A being that has a nostalgic air to him approaches me, "Hello my child, this is the second time you have been so close to death. You are really putting a work load on me... but I digress you are strong and don't want to waste such potential to some demons." He says. "Are you the god of balance?" I say, he quickly responds with "where are my manners. Yes I am the god of balance, yet I have taken a human form." He points an open hand at me "are you ready to return?" He asks. "Yes" I say. A golden glow comes from his hand then surrounds me. Wake up where I was on the ground now slumped up on the wall. I get up and look around the battle still rages on bodies of the my fellow students around me. I find the demon next to me still out cold. I summon Excalibur and stab its neck its blood coating my sword. I retrieve my sword and go on to vanquish more foes. As I finish up the last of the cultist I notice a being resembling a human with wings and a holy aroma around it. It walks over to me and says "hello hero. You seem to be missing an eye." I don't even get to respond before he continues "here let me present you with this gift for helping with the invaders." A eye ascends from what can only be described as the heavens. As I reach for it the eye shoots at me and goes straight into my empty socket. When I look up the angel is gone. This eye was different I could see more. I could see an aura around everything. it was greater around humans and especially around mages. I think it's probably their mana. As the raid finished I got back to class. I was thanked by the teachers and the principal for helping them and was rewarded with a gold coin. When I got home Felicity hugged me tightly saying that she saw me fight the demon and watched me die. Kai also came over to me and also seemed to be scared from the incident. They also asked me about my angel form. I told them everything including stuff about the god of balance. Felicity brought up the demon form which I also explained. In the end I'm happy I talked to them about it and I feel better about sharing it. Felicity made a delicious dinner and inspected my eye. I told her about the angel. She looked shocked when I explained it and pulled out a book of artifacts. She flipped to a page that had an eye that was similar to my new one. The eye I have is known as a holy eye. They are a gift from angels for helping them, and can also has been seen at birth for a few people, those people grow up to be heroes or very important figures. It also says things about it can detect mana and empower holy magic. I then go to my room. As soon as I enter the room I give Tarra a pet and fall asleep.
