Cherreads

Chapter 102 - Chapter 102: The Social Survey Plan

Tsunade opened her eyes.

After getting up and washing up, she opened the fridge and saw the breakfast left by Haruki: sushi and milk.

Tsunade shook her head and didn't heat it up. Biting into a piece of sushi, she walked over to the table and saw a note left by Haruki.

"Humph, you should say it yourself. Don't you understand?"

After eating the sushi and drinking the milk, she left the room.

Akihabara was bustling with activity.

But Tsunade had no mood to admire it. She rushed to the school at a faster pace than usual.

The door of the office creaked.

Haruki, who was writing at the table, looked up.

"Good morning."

His voice was full of joy and cherishment.

Tsunade's slight dissatisfaction vanished.

She gave a soft snort. "It's already noon."

Haruki closed the door and smiled. "Without seeing you, the day doesn't really start."

"Sounds good."

Tsunade rolled her eyes at him and then picked up the notebook on the table. "What are you writing? The honor and disgrace concept of the Xia Organization?"

"One of the topics for the study session."

Seeing that she brought up the topic, Haruki began to explain.

"Besides, there are also the organization's goals, program, and implementation plan."

"I see."

Tsunade had already learned about his wishes during the trip to Sunagakure.

Seeing these contents now, she wasn't very surprised.

Haruki watched her serious expression and couldn't help smiling. "I haven't finished writing. If you have any suggestions, feel free to tell me."

After reading for a moment, Tsunade looked up.

"Um... No gambling?"

"As long as it doesn't harm the organization, it's okay for you."

Hearing her pitiful voice, Haruki quickly said.

Tsunade kept silent. She didn't want to put Haruki in a difficult situation.

"I'll try to quit."

Haruki was slightly taken aback and then couldn't help kissing her.

Well, she's really sensible.

"What's in the implementation plan?"

"Step one is to completely change the ideas of the organization's members. We must work together as one. Step two is Minato's military plan. I plan to send him to the Land of Fire. His talent shouldn't be confined to Konoha. Step three is to help you become the Hokage."

Haruki didn't hold back and told her his preliminary plan.

He couldn't think about longer - term plans for now.

Even these three steps would take years to complete.

Take the first step for example. It wasn't easy at all.

Fortunately, the members of their organization are young and can easily accept new ideas, unlike the old - fashioned people in the feudal era, such as Hiruzen Sarutobi. If you tell him these things, he will immediately call you a heretic and throw you into prison for torture.

Haruki had long understood that it was difficult to break the feudal ideas just by talking.

Because it was like a castle in the air.

Moreover, the civilians' cultural level was insufficient.

That's why there was a second step in the plan.

He needed Minato to take action himself.

Haruki answered a few more questions from Tsunade.

He suddenly realized that her ideas seem to be getting closer and closer to his.

But he was certain that during class, aside from the occasional peeks from Hiruzen Sarutobi, there was no one else observing.

The only fact was that Tsunade had secretly read, or even studied in depth, the teaching materials he had written.

Haruki pondered for a moment and then said, "How about you lead a session at the Study session?"

"Me?"

Tsunade was caught off guard. She never expected Haruki to say such a thing.

"Yes, it's you."

"I can't do it. I only have a half - baked understanding myself. I can't mislead the students."

Tsunade quickly shook her head. She wasn't afraid of teaching the students at the Ninja Academy, but making a mistake at the Study session would surely put Haruki in an awkward position.

"You're more than qualified to teach them. Don't worry."

Haruki reached out and tucked her hair behind her ear, whispering, "The Study session is different from school. Everyone, whether on stage or in the audience, is there to learn. By teaching, you'll understand the theories and ideas of our Xia Organization better."

Tsunade met his gaze.

Her own reflection was mirrored in his black eyes.

She inexplicably felt at ease.

She nodded involuntarily.

Then she realized she had been charmed by him.

What should she do?

Even before becoming the Hokage, she already felt like a 'femme fatale'.

"Let me think about what you'll talk about."

Naturally, Haruki wouldn't let her make a fool of herself. Even though she would be leading the Study session, he would have her practice beforehand.

The reason he did this was that he wanted to increase her prestige within the Organization.

The Xia Organization couldn't be a one - man show for him.

"At this early stage, they won't be able to understand anything too profound."

Haruki pinched her cheek. He didn't know why, but just then, this girl suddenly showed an infatuated look towards him.

And he rather liked it.

"How about focusing on the purpose of our Xia Organization and why we want to help the civilians? What do you think?"

Tsunade fell silent and thought for a moment. Regarding this question, having been around Haruki, she understood it well.

"But you have to help me."

She looked up, holding Haruki's wrists with both hands and gently pressing her face against his warm palms while rubbing.

"Of course."

Haruki felt the smooth and fair skin on her face.

At this moment, Tsunade was like a little kitten clinging to its owner.

The two stopped talking and enjoyed the rare warmth and tranquility.

"I just remembered something."

Feeling a bit tired from standing, Haruki picked up Tsunade. Amid her exclamation, he spun her half - a - turn in the air and sat her on his lap.

Oh!

"Don't scare me like that all of a sudden!"

Tsunade pouted and nudged his chest with her elbow.

Haruki smiled and put his arms around her waist.

Due to years of training, there wasn't a single ounce of fat on her body.

He could even faintly feel her toned abs.

"After the summer holidays, I'm planning to take Kakashi, Obito, and Rin on a social survey around the ninja world, mainly in the Land of Fire. Do you want to come?"

Haruki leaned against her and took a gentle sniff. There was a faint fragrance.

"Of course I'm going!"

"Then where do you want to go?"

Tsunade immediately fell into deep thought.

After a few minutes, she looked extremely conflicted.

"What if I want to go everywhere?"

"You're so greedy."

Haruki remembered her dream again. He was most afraid of such answers from others. Answers like "whatever" or "all of them" were the hardest to deal with.

But Tsunade was not just anyone.

"Let's just go wherever the road takes us," he said.

Hearing this, Tsunade immediately lowered her head and smiled.

She didn't refute.

What matters is not the place, but the person you're with.

"Yeah," she replied.

Tsunade leaned in Haruki's arms, her eyes fixed on the distant scenery outside the window.

The sun was shining brightly.

Everything seemed like a dream.

Then she felt something and quickly broke free from his embrace.

"What are you thinking about? This is an office!"

"Cough, it's a natural reaction," Haruki said, shrugging his shoulders helplessly.

Tsunade gave him a sideways look.

"I'm going to class. You can just stay here and suffer on your own."

"Hey, are you really that heartless?" Haruki protested loudly, but unfortunately, Tsunade had already run away.

She's still quite traditional at heart.

Haruki continued to write the teaching materials for the Xia Organization.

An hour later, there was a knock on the door.

After getting Haruki's permission, a burly, tall young man entered.

He was wearing light armor and dressed like a samurai.

"Lord Haruki, the Daimyo requests your presence."

"Okay."

Haruki had already anticipated this when he saw the young man's attire. Without hesitation, he agreed to the request.

He had planned to have a talk with the Daimyo anyway.

Since the Daimyo had invited him, he naturally couldn't decline.

The Daimyo lived in Akihabara.

This wasn't his former residence.

After attending Haruki's engagement ceremony, he developed a great affection for the local architectural style. Moreover, the wide roads were suitable for his carriages. For all these reasons, it was undoubtedly the best place.

Haruki saw the Daimyo at the Sword Art Online - themed hotel.

In the magnificent hall, there was a table full of Japanese delicacies.

"Haruki, come and sit," the Daimyo waved at him from afar, smiling warmly without any airs.

Haruki wasn't deceived by his friendly attitude, for he knew it was relative.

For ordinary ninjas, the Daimyo naturally didn't need to be so nice.

But he had always been kind to people like Hiruzen Sarutobi and Tanzo Shimura.

After Haruki sat down, the Daimyo clapped his hands, and immediately music filled the air.

A dozen beautiful women dressed as Asuna's elf costume came out one by one and started dancing.

"..."

Haruki twitched the corner of his mouth. Damn, as expected of the nobles, they really know how to enjoy life.

But why Asuna cosplay?

He felt a sense of disorientation.
