Monsters / Magical beasts Rank:

Monsters and magical beasts follow the same core ranking system as humans except their initial rankings. However, their progression is based not on Circles of Power, but on their inherent bloodlines and the number of beasts they consume to strengthen themselves.

A monster's rank reflects it's raw physical power, magical resistance and unique traits— all of which generally surpass those of a human at the same level. Their bodies alone give them an advantage, and their natural affinities or abilities further widen the gap.
