"How's my babies doing" Victor Frederick asked as he steps inside the nursery with his wife already playing with their kids.
"Good" Vida replied allowing him to carry the toddlers who're super excited to see both their parents.
"So chubby my angels_ are you excited to see your mum and dad?" Victor asked as he threw up his princess upward then catching her again then repeating same for Victor Junior. The kids giggled enjoying taking turns in the fun given by their dad.
"Dada dada" they both chanted giggling all the way.
For few minutes Vida enjoyed the view before as she deepens her smile before heading back to their bedroom in the Frederick manor.
Victor Frederick came into the room just when his wife came out of the walk-in closet fully dressed in her slick nightwear.
" Did you freshen up for me Mrs Frederick_ I've truly missed you" Victor Frederick said hugging her as he inhaled her body wash.
"Erm_ I have work to do, you're probably stressed out and need to freshen up" vida Frederick told him as she tried to break free from his hug.
"You can say that again, I was truly wasted few hours ago but see you and the kids refilled my strength" he managed to kiss her but she didn't return the pleasure neither did she open up so he could deepen the kiss.
"Sweetheart what's wrong?" Victor Lin asked looking into her eyes and he felt a needle pricked his heart.
"You should go freshing up" Vida told him as she used that minute he was lost in thoughts to escape, not that he can't stop her but he allowed her.
When he finished in the shower and got out attorney Frederick was already in bed, Victor got on the bed and brought her to himself.
"Please let me hold you" Victor told her when she wants to take his arms off her body, She allowed him after he pleaded.
"Am sorry I didn't return back earlier than planned, something came up and I h_" he was saying but heard her soft breathing indicating she has slept.
While at Claire's apartment Lauren was trying to fix himself dinner as his girlfriend refused to make one for him. Until this moment she hasn't said a word to him and he's trying his possible best not to loose it.

"Lauren" the voice interrupted him from the line of his thoughts and he looked up to see Claire he smiled at her thinking she now wants to talk but her next words took him by surprise
" I want us to have a break to reflect on ourselves, if this is gonna work" Claire said as she emphasized the last part gesturing at them both.
" Are you serious, is this what you want! A break_ I went on a trip and returned later than planned due to some circumstances then, got back to see my girlfriend and all I get is for us to have a break. Ha!" He punched his fist on the wall causing it to bleed but, he didn't feel the pain.
"Why, why are you doing this_ have you found someone else? Talk to me Claire!; sorry I yelled at you_ you want a break fine, when you're done with it you know where to find me". With that he stormed out of her apartment, Claire watched his dejected yet proud back as he go out. She felt the urge to call him back but she didn't, that night neither of them slept.
