Mia knew that something was going to go awfully wrong when she woke up earlier this morning and went to the kitchen. It had been three days since Bree's visit to the penthouse, and her injuries had healed quite a lot. Because she was bored to death after staying in the penthouse for so many days without going anywhere, Mia came to the shelter to soothe her nerves.
However, just as she changed her clothes, she was called by Mrs Smith to her office. At first, Mia thought that it was because Kate filed another complaint against her, but when she arrived at the office, Mia realised at once that this was not a matter of some stupid complaint, especially not when she saw Ryan, who was dressed in the uniform of a senior police officer along with two other officers.
