This was it.
The day I would come face to face with the man I agreed to marry for the purpose of our people.
It was an arranged marriage to strengthen the bond between Dragons and Nine Tailed Foxes and as a Queen, I had to bring peace to my people.
It was said that the elder son of the Orion family was a free Dragon and so was I. I couldn't have a mate and this union was more befitting to us.
But again, I had to see for myself what kind of Lord he was, after all he was the greatest and most powerful Dragon to be alive.
And to show how great he was, other dragon lords were under him as he was the sovereign Lord.
In summary, you could simply say he was a king but he preferred to be called Lord.
As my carriage neared his territory, my heart began to race, not in fear but in anticipation.
