"I salute you, great Elf Queen." Lynch showed his respect to the elf in front of him. He did not use a mage's etiquette but rather the greeting from his homeland. A mage's etiquette was always full of endless arrogance, which seemed out of place in the presence of the "Master of Time".
"Welcome, my friend." The Queen nodded slightly. She moved half a step to the side, her right hand sweeping in an arc to make a gesture of invitation, without speaking further.
The two of them walked into the depths of the dense forest, encountering no other elves along the way, only the rustling of leaves accompanying them. The path beneath their feet was slippery after the light rain, but Lynch knew that before the first rays of dawn arrived, the heavenly dew would be completely absorbed by the Holy Forest, nurturing this piece of land.
