Part 2: Force to be a hero...
"Bring her to me, without any trouble, I don't want the government to find out heroes or people with ability/superpowers exist…"
"Yes sir…" said the agent before his boss closed the phone call. As his boss looks at his table full of paperwork, 'Sigh… even if it means kidnapping. I won't let them use the heroes for war without reason or greed…'
I… I have many names and titles. John Silver, the nickname I chose to hide my identity in this unknown world they called Earth. My objectives are to capture the heroes that appear in this world for the government that would notice the existence of ability that the heroes have to only use it for war or other stuff that they would do. Nevertheless, this job, this organization that I have created is just a temporary…
I will, and must find a way to bring them back to their worlds without causing any death or any kind of way possible. 'Hm… Hopefully, this would be the last time the heroes have appeared' as he looked at his watch before going inside the meeting room.
"I supposed this is all the S Rank heroes are here?" He looked at the room that was filled with 4 of the S rank including Him. Nevertheless, only silence fills the room, "I suppose they have a reason they have to tell you about?" Yet, it was still silent… But I expected this would happen as being the leader, the one managing this organization, and the number 1 S rank hero would be stressful. Hopefully, they were not outside using their ability to travel. "We should leave the reason for next time as today the Mana Machine Detection (MMD) has suddenly detected something unusual…" Usually, I expected they would be shocked, yet they only give a bad vibe…
"Sighed… No matter if I am a leader of this organization, I am still a people of the other world like everyone else in this room. Even so, the mana that was detected by the MMD is very different than the one we usually see." Just silent, even so… it was disappointing to only be the one who talked in the room filled with four people. For the first time, someone has finally spoken to give this room some vibe.

"How unusual it is to be one of the bad news?" Satsuki touched his beard full of confidence. "Hm… we all know that for us to get to earth was for a rift to appear. But this one is different. Somebody or someone has created this rift." Thus, some were shocked, and some were surprised by what I said. As they muttered to each other about this artificial rift, I kept wondering myself about how someone could create it. 'If this were an artificial rift created by someone, does that mean everyone could finally go back home? Hm… I don't think that is a good idea for now…'
"Moreover, this Rift has appeared approximately 3 times in one day…" That is when Satsuki looked me dead in the eyes and said "I sense they would be a great evil that would cause catastrophic death to this world civilization…" Even so… what he said is true but proving it would be difficult.
"I believe what you've said was true Satsuki, but I can't prove if this will be hero or villain. In any case, if there any questions you want to ask It would be a good time to do so" I looked at Satsuki knowing this would be difficult for him to return safely.

"Villain or not, we all should be grateful that someone has finally found a way to make one. More importantly, I've heard that they are a new hero that you've found John." As I have expected, at this time and moment, someone would try their best to lighten the mood of others.
"Indeed, I have found another one. This Temporary organization has already reached a member of Hero about 49, to say the least. But all this happens because everyone works together. No matter which world we came for, we are all one big family." Although silent, seeing everyone happy is what I love to see. As I looked at my watch seeing it was the time to meet the new hero, I stood up from my seat and said:
"Our meeting will end here. If there aren't any questions left to say, I would gladly leave the room to go back to my office to invite the new heroes for some conversation." As the meeting ended, there were only two of us. However before I left the room, he called me out.

"I don't mind that you found more heroes. But I hate when people lie… The (MMD) found something else than the rift, did it?" even as I talked he lied so perfectly, I didn't expect he could predict that I lied, and of course, this would be a problem if he told anyone about it.
"The truth is, that this base location is built for the (MMD) to discover that this country is full of mana. In the past, when we first tested the (MMD), this land, and country kept missing from its detector. Although, I didn't keep that in mind for so long as it could find the rift mana. But as time went on, it got me to be curious. Why and how can it keep missing? Moreover, I have traveled there with my ability without anyone noticing to only find out that the amount of mana is high in this place. That is the reason I built the organization here." As expected, he was shocked. As he walked forward behind me, he said: "I won't tell anyone about it. As long you won't betray us"
At last, the room Is now silent. 'I won't betray anyone like the incident I have caused…' as I stood there before walking toward my office. "I am sorry but… I don't want to be included in this war… I am sorry…" as the memory of the past keeps me remembering the trauma. Oh, how foolish I was… making the mistake that almost killed so many people…
Suddenly, someone accidentally stumbles in front of me. Of course, I wasn't mad but stumbling at other people on this wide path is a bit embarrassing or drunk, to say the least. 'Hm… she looks familiar to the picture I gave to my agent' That was when I realised that she was the new hero I sent my agent to capture or to say the least kidnapped in which he would do it.
"So, you must be the new hero!" I said it softly while having a kind smile.
'SHIT!' as she realized, she had been caught by some stranger.

[Inside John's Office]
As the clock ticked in the office, both were very silent. One smiled kindly meeting a new hero, and another was scared for a sudden meet-up. 'How the hell! Did I end up like this? This looks like an interview for a job!' If this was a job interview, I would be more scared as I failed to get any full-time jobs.
As John looked at her panicking, he knew, he had to do something to calm her down. "Miss Alice, you don't need to be scared. I only invited you here for some conversation, and you should take some breath to release your stress" As she finally calm, I happily said: "Well it seems you finally calmed down. We can now start our conversation, should we?" as I looked at her nod.
"Good, as you know, I've sent my agent to bring you into the hero organization to protect the otherworld hero from being misused by the government."
"Otherworld hero?" I very was confused and wasn't sure what he meant by otherworld hero
'She doesn't know about the other world?' it was very suspicious that someone came to another world not knowing about others. But the percentage of them is very low for them to not recognize the other.
"Well, you see, an Otherworld hero came for the otherworld that wasn't for this world. Furthermore, we otherworld people have abilities such as superpowers, magic, martial arts, and more that didn't exist in this world." It became more suspicious seeing her not knowing what ability came from the otherworld, but I only hoped that I didn't send my agent to bring or should I say kidnapped her to the organization.
"But I am for this world…" That was when John made his biggest mistake. 'FUCK!' as he realized, he accidentally sent his agent to capture this world's people. "Hahaha! That must be a joke, right?" as my forehead began to sweat a bit.
"No?" said Alice very confused seeing where this conversation was heading.
'Impossible, this never has happened before. How can the (MMD) fail to find a hero' It was very suspicious and my curiosity got larger as to how and why this girl have the mana same as us. 'Something isn't right…' as John looked at her with curiosity.
Although in Alice's perspective, this conversation was. Wasn't the same normal conversation she used to. "Uhm… are we, done talking?"
"Huh, right, as you know this hero job isn't something that can be found or accepted easily… It can only be accepted if the (MMD) detects one across the whole world. Lastly, this job can't be denied if the government finds out. Thus, your life will be their puppet to own…" as expected… she would be disbelief. Nevertheless, her future is now divided between accepting which she would survive or denied that which she would face the government.
As she tried to figure out if she had to accept or refuse it, she muttered to herself 'Is this it?' as the situation she was in would be a life or death situation. "Is there nothing else I can't do? But to force to be one?" as she looked at John who looked like he was giving a death stare.
"Sighed, I supposed so… even if you refuse, I can't deny for what I am doing is disappointing, and if the government found out your ability and used you in war. I would be pitiful to myself as I failed to protect one…"
At last, she made up her mind and made her decision to be a hero "I guess I have no choice than… I'll accept this offer to become a hero but only if you tell me one thing…"
"And that is?" as John looked more curious than ever
"Tell me the person whose responsibility to kidnapped me in the middle of the night…" although I have doubted my agent's decision will have consequences. I hadn't expected she would know it this early.
"Well, I guess there is no choice but to tell you anyway… The one that kidnapped you was my agent. Although he isn't here right now. I supposed his action would be entirely my fault..." 'Hopefully, this won't destroy my reputation'
"Why…? You can just invite me…"
"Well, you see… Miss Alice, I have doubted my agent's decision for a very long time… he's been kidnapped heroes many times, and he won't even follow my command if it means to save the hero from being caught by the government agencies. Moreover, I cannot fire him, and if I did fire him, he would expose every hero and this base location which could involve the government sending the army or agent to capture all of us…"
As I sighed seeing thought would go down south. I supposed it was only right to forgive him for the time being as right now this conversation was simply complicated. At last, as the time passed from noon to evening, the conversation has now ended. "Well then! Welcome Miss Alice to the Hero organization! Think of us, as a family from now on!" John smiled happily while shaking hands with her.
'Well Mom… I finally got a full-time job now…' she muttered to herself while smiling
Thankfully, before I could go out to the office, John gave me the key whose number was 179 which was the room I was in before, and tell a bit about what to do tomorrow. "For tomorrow you should go to Mana Identification Orb (MIO for short) to get your identification card and you could start training with the other rank hero that you are in."
"Alright" Hopefully, I won't cause any danger to others. Nevertheless, as I made it into my room to lie down on the bed, I seemed to have forgotten to tell him about the ability or does I have an ability. 'Crap! I forgot to tell him about ability!' but of course when lying down on a soft, comfortable bed will make me lazy to say it...

The next morning
"Ah, that was a good sleep!" it's been a long time since I've been sleeping in a car a lot more than inside my own house. "time for some morning stretch" Thus as I stretched my body I suddenly met her. [Hi!]
