Chapter 133 - Chapter 131: The Green Goblins

Kingpin stood in the control room, watching the Spider-Men below through the protective glass, his expression cold and emotionless.

"Green Goblins, kill them."

Over the past few days, he had realized that no matter how meticulous the plan was, he could never achieve his goal unless he eliminated the Spider-Men.

"Want to command me? You'll have to kill me first."

"Treat me like a tool, and I'll see how many lives you have."

"Hahaha, a brand new world, and I will rule here, become its king."

Some of the arrogant Green Goblins controlled their gliders and flew toward Kingpin, their laughter manic and unhinged.

But most of the Green Goblins remained silent, observing "themselves."

"Fools!" Kingpin took out a remote control and pressed a button, targeting the incoming Green Goblins.

"Ah!"

With a piercing scream, countless colorful fragments erupted from the Green Goblins, like dazzling yet deadly fireworks.

In just a few breaths, they vanished without a trace, as though they had never existed.

"You thought I hadn't prepared for this? If you don't want to die, kill the Spider-Men. I'll let you go. Otherwise, you'll all die here."

Kingpin's threatening voice echoed over the speakers, reaching the ears of all the Green Goblins.

Upon hearing this, the Green Goblins slowly turned their heads to look at the Spider-Men, their eyes filled with murderous intent and cruelty.

"Everyone, don't die."

Shadow Spider-Man said, pressing down on the brim of his hat with a heavy heart.

"What are you saying? I'm a cartoon character; how could there be a death scene?"

Spider-Pig pulled out a wooden hammer and said casually, "If we make it out of here, I'm definitely going to see Mary Jane."

"I'm going to see Mary Jane too, if we make it back!" Autumn Pants Spider-Man's eyes showed longing for his loved one.

"Damian, don't move around too much."

Penny Parker pushed Damian back, as the weapons of her Spider-Mech were already primed.

"Head... so many heads... hehehe..."

The Beheading Demon made eerie, creepy laughter as it danced around the battlefield, severed heads falling behind him.

"Activate Electro Mode, Level... Five."

The Ghost Spider suit erupted in countless sparks of electricity, buzzing with powerful currents. In this mode, even a slight touch would leave anyone knocked unconscious.

The battle was about to erupt.

The Green Goblins began tossing pumpkin bombs toward the Spider-Men.

In an instant, flames erupted into the sky, and explosions rang out, deafening and chaotic.

Shadow Spider-Man darted through the smoke like a ghost, his sharp senses allowing him to dodge the bombs, while his white webs shot out, ensnaring the Green Goblins' gliders and dragging them hard to the ground.

Spider-Pig made full use of his cartoonish flexibility, leaping around, swinging his wooden hammer with precision and power.

Each swing hit the Green Goblins' vital points, knocking them senseless.

Autumn Pants Spider-Man used the environment to his advantage, moving through the walls and ceilings with his webs.

He waited for the right moment and pounced on a Green Goblin, grabbing its arm tightly before executing a shoulder throw, slamming the enemy to the ground.

Penny Parker controlled her Spider-Mech, launching powerful fire blasts that shot out constantly.

She calculated the shooting angles with precision, every round of fire stopping the Green Goblins' attacks.

Damian, under Penny Parker's protection, wasn't idle either.

He used the mech's auxiliary weapon systems, periodically firing laser beams to disrupt the Green Goblins.

"Head... head..." The Beheading Demon's laughter echoed throughout the battlefield as it charged through, decapitated heads falling around.

Though the Spider-Men initially held an advantage, the Green Goblins soon learned to coordinate. They began surrounding the Spider-Men in groups.

Shadow Spider-Man, Spider-Pig, and Autumn Pants Spider-Man found themselves surrounded by ten or more Green Goblins. Every time they tried to use their webs to escape, their threads were cut.

The Green Goblins, no longer relying on the most powerful pumpkin bombs, used sharp blades to carve up the Spider-Men, as if toying with their prey.

The Beheading Demon dashed through the battlefield, but the Green Goblins cleverly used Damian to constrain his actions.

Whenever the Beheading Demon strayed too far from the Spider-Mech, the Green Goblins swarmed it, leaving deep gashes with their sharp blades.

When the Beheading Demon got closer, they would launch pumpkin bombs, causing the area to erupt with dust and angering the Beheading Demon.

Ghost Spider, surrounded by crackling electricity, was like an angry hedgehog, deterring enemies from approaching.

However, the Green Goblins, realizing she didn't kill, approached one by one, trying to exhaust her with a war of attrition.

As the battle raged on, the situation grew increasingly dire. The Spider-Men's stamina was being drained, each attack and defense more difficult than the last, sweat soaking through their suits.

They had already been in this world for more than a day, and their suits were slowly beginning to show signs of damage, with colorful fragments and the pain of cellular rejection weakening their physical and mental state.

Shadow Spider-Man's movements slowed, wounds oozing blood from his body.

Spider-Pig's wooden hammer was cracked, and Autumn Pants Spider-Man gasped for breath, a look of despair in his eyes.

If this continued, all the Spider-Men would be killed on this terrifying battlefield.

In the control room, Kingpin watched the intense battle below, a look of anticipation slowly spreading across his face.

Yes, just like this. Kill them, kill the Spider-Men.

"Who?!"

Suddenly, Kingpin's gaze sharpened, and without warning, he lifted his massive arm and struck the air with tremendous force.

Bang—

An invisible object crashed against the wall with a muffled thud.

"Cough, cough, how did you find me?"

With a cough, a purple figure appeared, stepping into view.

"Phantom? No, where did you get that gear from?"

Kingpin frowned, staring at the figure before him.

"Picked it up along the way."

"Phantom betrayed me?"

"Well, guess where this came from."

The purple figure's voice held a hint of mockery as he calmly pulled out a remote control and pressed it with force.

"No!"

Kingpin's eyes widened as he roared in anger.

With the press of the button, hundreds of Green Goblins' bodies erupted in a burst of colorful fragments.

The fragments floated in a dreamlike dance, and the Green Goblins' figures faded away, disappearing as if they had never existed.

"Surrender now, Kingpin!"

"...I know. You're that invisible Spider-Man."

Kingpin's face darkened to the point where it seemed he might drip water.

"I've checked Phantom's files. You must be his nephew, right? Do you know what will happen because of this? Tomorrow, your father will be killed by robbers, your mother will become a J-woman, and your uncle, Phantom, I will crush every bone in his body, piece by piece."

Quote: "The weight of betrayal is heavier than any enemy's blow."
