Everyone who attended the auction returned to their rooms in the city after it ended.

"Well, could you wait for few minutes while seated in the hall, I will change my dress and come back, and we can go together. "Ray spoke and went inside after guiding John to sit in the hall.
John patiently waited in the hall while drinking the tea that was served to him.
Within minutes Ray and Lily came back into the hall with getting freshen up and changing into new clothes.
Then john stood up after seeing them all ready and guided them the City Lord mansion.
There morgan was already waiting early for Ray's visit and invited him after giving him a tight hug with joy evident on his face.
"Sir Morgan, you haven't informed me that you were city lord the last time you visited the villa we were renting." Ray complained in joking manner.
Morgan laughed and said, "Who knew there were still people out there who don't know the city lord but still dare to stay in the city?" Morgan teased Ray lightly.
Ray got embarrassed by the Morgan's teasing and coughed to hide it.
Morgan too saw Ray's embarrassment and laughed out loudly and invited him to sit in the chair and started preparing the tea for Ray and Lily.
Soon the tea was made, and Morgan served the tea to three of them.

Morgan took out a set of documents which john handed him and presented them to Ray.

Ray took the larger storage bag, opened it, and saw that it was filled to the brim with low-grade spirit stones.
He then handed the bag to Lily, who silently took it and hid it in her robe.
Ray then set his sights on the Other small bag and opened it and saw various formation plates, one puppet, one spirit fruit tree seed.
"This bag contains formation plates with a Quasi third-grade formation that can cover a 10-mile radius. It was originally a peak level third-grade formation, but a fellow cultivator compressed it to a Quasi third-grade formation using alternative materials." Morgan explained,

Ray slowly put the items back into the bag and replied, "No, I'm 100% satisfied with the returns I gained from the auction, and I'm pleased to work with you again if I get a chance."
