Once upon a time, the Padilla family, who are well known for their wealth and popularity, had a son named Santino, who was still three years old, and they were expecting a newborn baby girl any moment.... Some months later, Mrs. Jane Padilla gave birth, but their child was switched with a patient's child who was already dead by one of the nurses who was paid to do so by Miss Dora (Mr. Edwin's ex-wife). Mr. Edwin Padilla is Mrs. Jane's husband and the father of Santino. This is a very sad moment for the Padilla family, but they still accept that the dead child is their own, not knowing the truth behind it.
