Cultivation stages/mid stages/life span
Energy Gathering - This is the process in which a cultivator begins to absorb energy from their surroundings. This energy is drawn into the body through qi veins, which exist in anyone possessing a spirit root. The size and number of these veins depend on the spirit root itself.
At this realm, cultivators can expel and control their qi outside their bodies, using it for attacks.

Foundation Establishment - This is the stage where a cultivator builds the foundation for their future cultivation. It increases their body mass and size while compressing it with each sub-level.

Energy Liquidation - This is the process where a cultivator condenses gaseous energy into liquid form within their body. Upon breaking through to this realm, the cultivator can levitate and access their inner mind world, where the condensed energy is stored. This inner world allows the cultivator to observe their energy reserves, simulate battles, and perform various other functions. At this stage, a cultivator also develops Energy Sense, allowing them to perceive the world around them in greater detail.

Core Formation - At this stage, the cultivator, after breaking through Energy Liquidation, forms a fully developed core at the beginning of the Core Formation realm. This core undergoes continuous refinement by absorbing qi, gradually increasing in size and brightness. With each sub-stage, the qi within the core becomes stronger, purer, and more efficient.

Core Transformation - At this stage, the cultivator compresses their Core, transforming it into a stronger version. This transformation introduces an inner world within the Core, making it distinct from the previous stage. A key difference is that cultivators at this stage can interact with ambient qi, merging it with their own. They can also absorb controlled qi, speeding up cultivation, though this method carries greater risks.

Cultivation can be divided into several aspects:
Innate Aspect of Cultivation
The innate aspect (or initiatory aspect) can be enhanced by consuming the blood of beasts or the essence of plants that possess a higher initiate aspect. However, strengthening it requires an enormous amount of such resources.
There also exists the innate aspect of cultivation itself, which is extremely rare. In both the Mortal World and the Ascendant Realm, it determines the cultivation stage at which a being is born. This aspect is directly influenced by the cultivation levels of the being's parents.

Body Aspect:
The body aspect depends on many factors, but the primary ones are race and body constitution.
The average innate body aspect for most races is around 0.05, which serves as a multiplier for future cultivation growth.
For humans, the average is between 0.05 and 0.07.
This aspect influences speed, strength, and durability.

Soul Aspect:
The innate soul aspect for most races is 0.1. When the soul aspect at birth reaches 0.02, the lifeform gains the potential to develop consciousness.
The average for humans ranges from 0.08 to 0.1.
