A breath of relief left Andrei's chest, and a faint, grateful smile touched his lips. He pulled Vincent into a tight hug, his arms folding around the smaller vampire warmly. "Thank you," he whispered, his voice brushing against Vincent's ear.
Vincent rolled his eyes but didn't fight the embrace. After a few seconds, he lightly pushed at Andrei's chest and pulled away. "Yeah, yeah. Don't get all mushy. It doesn't suit you."
He turned to Adeline, who gave him a small nod. "Thank you, Vincent."
He nodded back before gesturing towards the door. "Alright… Come on, you two."
With that, he moved towards the exit, quietly pushing open the door and peeking out to make sure nobody was coming. After a brief moment, he stepped out, gesturing for them to follow. Andrei went next, while Adeline followed shortly after.
