Shido soared through the night sky as the wind brushing past him as the city lights grew smaller beneath his feet. He had chosen not to stay for the adventurers' celebration. Though victorious, he had more important things to do, like reviewing the rewards he received for completing the quest to destroy the Eight Fingers… and returning to Rumia and the others, who were surely worried waiting for him.

Although Lakyus was reluctant to see him go, she didn't try to stop him. Instead, she simply stood there, silently watching as his figure gradually disappeared in the dark.

Looking at his rewards, Shido nodded in satisfaction especially since he gained a very useful weapon and a powerful magic that have an area of effect magic spell and more than that, it was very useful for dealing with undead. Seeing this, Shido couldn't help but grin thinking that he had gained another amazing skill that could help him defeat those beings from Nazarick.

He was familiar with the two rewards he gained this time. One of them was Gáe Dearg, a Noble Phantasm wielded by Diarmuid Ua Duibhne from the Fate series. At a glance, it appeared to be a simple crimson spear, but its true power lay in its ability to negate all magical effects upon contact. Barriers, enchantments, buffs, it pierced through them all as if they never existed.

A weapon that could nullify even the most powerful magical defenses.

Shido's grin widened.

"A spear that ignores magic... how fitting for my future battles."

Gáe Dearg (A+ Grade) - A crimson spear imbued with the power to nullify magical enhancements. When it strikes, it pierces through not only flesh but also any magecraft-based defense or augmentation, rendering them useless. Its true power lies not in raw damage, but in its ability to dispel the magical advantages of enemies.

Fairy Law (Perfection Level) - One of the three great magics of Fairy Tail that eradicates evil with divine judgment. Fairy Law releases a blinding wave of light that targets only those the caster considers enemies. The spell ignores all defenses, delivering instant and overwhelming magical damage based on the caster's will. The purer the heart of the caster, the more devastating its power. It leaves allies completely unharmed, no matter their proximity.

Reading the description of both of his rewards, Shido's smiles widen since he knew how amazing this two weapon and skill are. With Gáe Dearg, he could nullify the magic of Ainz to a certain extent and overpower him when opportunity arises, though he would only use it when he was in his Spirit form since he could bring out it's full potential more in that state.

The other one is Fairy Law which is also a good skill. It is one of the three great magic spells of Fairy Tail guild and Shido knew how lethal it is to undead beings. With this skill, he could wipe out a massive number of undead instantly. Though, he had to be careful since this magic exhaust the lifespan of it's caster, but Shido didn't need to worry much about that since he had Spirit Body which gave him a near indestructible body.

What only worried him is that, this spell could become stronger the purer the heart of the caster, but Shido's heart was half white, half black causing a dark line to appear on his face.

He sighed but then he thought that it doesn't lessen the effect of the skill even if his heart is not pure. At this moment, Shido suddenly thought of Rumia who was the embodiment of holiness and pureness. His eyes lit up and thought that it might be good to teach this skill to Rumia since it suits her perfectly and with it, she could protect herself better if he was not beside her.

Shido wondered whether his Luck was so OP that he could receive such a useful skill that he could use in the quest in this world. But thinking about his S Rank Luck, Shido thought that it was reasonable. After all, with this luck, the chance of him getting useless and low rank skill and equipment was so low. But there is still that chance since he had already experience it when he'd once drawn the 'Steal' skill, which was only at basic level. Though he didn't mind it that much since it made him get back with Nabe for sneak attacking on him.

After examining the weapon and skill he had received, Shido shifted his gaze to the points he earned.

The exp he gained from the quest this time was quite big and it would take him only a bit more exp to level up to the next level.

On the other hand, the SP he gained was also good since he had used a bit too much SP lately so this additional SP would be great help to him.

Lastly, he gained a thousand SF which was a great thing since this thing was one of the hardest things to grind. Not actually the hardest since as long as you kill a living being, you will get SF. But if he want to buy those UR anime girls, he might need to kill at least a million monster or people.

Speaking of anime girls, he still had another random summoning ticket on his inventory. Taking it out of his inventory Shido look at the summon ticket on his hand and wondered whether it's time to use this summon. After all, Rumia was only an Elite rank summon and she was also a support type.

In this world, Shido would need a powerful helper that could deal massive damage to the enemies. Any powerful summon of SR would be good but Shido thought that it would be nice if he could summon a powerful mage that also know how to teach magic so that Rumia could learn more spells.

With that thought in mind, Shido placed back the random summon ticket on his inventory and decided to use it later when everything was settled. For now, he needed to go back and see what Rumia, Clementine and Tuare were doing.
