Hikari turned around repeatedly in her white dress. She had a tiara on her forehead, and she looked like a princess ready to be whisked away to a prince. Though, her prince charming was a silly dragon girl. She wondered what Kurayami would look like. Would she have a dress, or would she wear a nice suit?
The elf smiled into the mirror. She looked so vulnerable in her current attire. Hikari had no idea how Aiko had made this elegant, frilly dress, but she sensed that it was lacking in the magical enchantments of her normal robes. She hesitated to inspect it but ultimately chose not to.
Hikari felt that if she thought too long about what was going to happen, she'd start to cry. Her heart thumped in her chest, and butterflies danced in her stomach. After staring at herself in the mirror for some time, a voice called out behind her.
Aiko placed her hand on Hikari's shoulder and smiled at the princess in the mirror. "You look so stunning today, dear."
