He folded the book back and stood up, gesture towards the back of the shop. "Well then, follow me to the ranch out back. Let's see what kind of animals or Pokemon you need."

Stepping through the door, they entered a spacious area enclosed by glass wall. It resembling the Professor Oaks labradory in the anime, meandering river, lush grass, cozy cave and tree shades.
Several Pokemon roaming freely, playing in the grass or relaxing or running around. Mike eyes scanned the scene, silently identifying each Pokemon: Mareep, Miltank, Taurus, Sunkern, Sunflora.
The kind-face old man, his back slightly hunched, led the way, introducing Mike to various Pokemon and animals in the Fluffy Ranch.
"I raised these Pokemon myself," said proudly." They are all healthy and have excited temperament. They are just waiting for a new home on a loving ranch."
Indeed, the Pokemon looked at Mike curiously as he was following the old man.
Seeing those Pokemon Mike start to ask about the price for those Pokemon. The Mareep and Miltank is a must he was going to buy depends on how much they were, as well how much that can be bought at one time.
"Mareep was 10,000 Pokedollars. Miltank was 100,000 Pokedollars but only 4 was available, 20,000 Pokedollars for Taurus, Sunkern was for 4000 Pokedollars!" The old man replied.
The price is very different but it can be understand. The Mareeps wool can be harvest every week without hurting them. The wool price goes form 500 to 1000 depends on the quality.
The Miltank on the other hand is Pokemon with high demand. There are normally powerful with high base stats. The milk they produce is full of nutrients and helpful to any new born Pokémons. The demand in the market was 5 gallons for 10,000. Miltank daily produce about a 5 gallon.
Sunkern and Sunflora was a good grass type for a farm. They can naturally learn Sunny day.
After completing the tour, they return to the front desk, the old man then pull out a price list form the drawer. " Lets see what kind of animals you would like to buy."
Mike Scan the list, notice the price of each animals.
Ordinary animals: Rooster 500, Hen 800, Duck 800
Feed: Chicken feed 50/ serving, Moo moo milk 500/ liter, sweet Barrie's 100/ serving, salty berries 100/ serving.
"How much is a serving of feed?" Mike asked.
"About 2 kilogram," old man replied." The feed was made using berries, salt, flour, eggs, and other ingredients. One serving can last a Pokemon about half a month."
He then proceed to explain each item in details.
"Chicken feed was made using from cornflour mixed with grains. On serving last about a month. Mareep, Miltank and Taurus eat about grass or berries they like. This serving can last about half a month," the old man explained.
Mike nodded, as he absorb the knowledge about each thing.
Mike think that even if his farm was bigger he can't buy many Pokemon as he can't handle everything himself.
He decided to buy the 4 Miltank, as they were going to make the most amounts of money for him, as well they are also very rare to find in the wild.
Mike thinking about the new device of auto milking device that the Silp Co. developed. That can be used by Miltank themselves for there milking process.
He will buying 2 Taurus, as they can help with moving things, also help with mating for the Miltank.
He didn't need those Sunflora as his Meganium could help with this kind of situation.
He will buy 5 Mareep for now, as they are the most troublesome, you have to sheer there wool weekly, this was a problem he has to do himself.
Then the chickens, he will be buying 10 Hen and 1 rooster for eggs as well as fertilizer the eggs if he wanted.
With this he will have to spend in ordinary animals for 8,500 Pokedollars. He will buy 1,500 Pokedollars of chicken feed.The Pokemon will cost 490,000 Pokedollars.
Mike after some calculation said." I will take 4 Miltank, 2 Taurus, 5 Mareep and 10 Hen, 1 rooster with 30 serving of chicken feed please."
The old man said after getting surprised by the tall order."Oh! That was a tall order. Are you sure you can handle this much work alone."
"Don't worry I will be ready for them. But you have prospond the delivery date for a bit as my farm needs to renovated. I already contacted the carpentry shop in the morning. So can I have them in about half a month time. I think the farm will be ready by then." Mike said worried if it can be done.
The old man said after hearing Mike." Don't worry. It can be done. You have to inform me about the time you are right."
Mike then become relax after the old man said. As he don't want to miss out on the Miltank as they are hard to get.
"Then about your order. The total would be 500,000 Pokedollars. For such a big deal, I will offer an extra food for the 3 different type of Pokemons for a month," the old man said with a smile.
"So when do you want to get the payment. Before or after the transection is done." Mike said after hearing this, as this is the amount he calculate before.
"You have to pay half the amount now, and finish the rest of the amount after the transfer is done," side the old man as he take out a receipt.
Mike took the receipt, then proceed with sending the money. He was now have 2,850,000 Pokedollars left.
He is now thankful to his parents, as without this he will have a very tough time getting started.
As Mike about to explain the location of his ranch the old man stopped him. "No need," he said." I know where it is."
Mike was surprised," Oh!"

The walk took about another hour. Mike with Maganium finally get back to the ranch. He was just in time as he spots a truck that was waiting outside.
Mike come in front of the truck to see a Machoke was in the driver sit. He then spotted the masculine woman. Seeing her waiting he said." Sorry miss Cory. I was visiting the Fluffy Ranch. We talked about the new Pokémon and animals that I was going to need for the farm. "
Cory seeing Mike said," Didn't worries, I was just come here now. Let go inside and take a look. I have to see and plan for the re modeling of the farm."
Hearing that she didn't wait that long. Mike felt relieving as then he start to get inside the ranch. They talk about things as they walked.
Mike learned that Pokémon can also drive if they pass the Pokemon driving test. This is very interesting to think about, as Pokemon really can do everything.
