Gu Sirou smiled when she heard Wei Yucheng's words; she sashayed right inside the room, with her waist twisting right and left like a snake. As she came to stand in front of Wei Yucheng, she reached out and kissed the tip of her finger, but just as she was about to press it on his lips, Wei Yucheng turned his head to one side.
However, even though Gu Sirou paused, she was not deterred. She planted the kiss on the side of Wei Yucheng's cheeks and then said to him, "Is it not tiring to wait for her? I don't think that she would ever come to look for you. If anything, she might have even forgotten you."
Over the years, Gu Sirou had waited for Wei Yucheng to look at her, but the man had never turned his head her way. Even when he was given a choice to either walk down the path to heaven after going through so many trials and tribulations, he still chose to become a mer.
