Chernov then tells him about his plan for having the justification for war on the other three human kingdoms.
"If possible, through this insurgency, I hope that we can gain support from the elves, with their heart. Make some incidents that cause heavy casualties on them, and then blame it on the Thalor, Valeria or Karak, up to you. Let Karak taste the bitterness of a false accusation, just as they once served it to us."
Makarov takes a second to think, and know what Chernov means.
"Operation false flag, no problem, we are good at it. We'll stage a massacre, rebels wielding Karak or Valerian weapons, slaughtering common elves. That should do."
Chernov nodded his head and gave Makarov two names.
Makarov opened the files, and above them, there were two brief introductions above two elves.
Aurelis Daewynn, the second prince of the kingdom, is calm, rational, and focused on long-term survival and strategy.
Kaelen Aetheren, the third prince of the kingdom, is radical, full of fighting desire, and values glory. Will achieve anything that he wants to do, even if the cost is high.
"My men are having surveillance on them, nothing strange has been detected, but we never know, we still lack knowledge on the most advanced magic in this world."
"No problem, I will handle it."

Kingdom of Thalor, somewhere near the border between the Karak and Valeria.
Aric walked together with Brutus and Garrick, inspecting the magnificent building, or more precisely, the portal that was built by Valeria engineer, Thalor technology and the most loyal man from the Karak.
It is almost two months after the purge of pro-Soviet lords and businessmen, and the Karak kingdom is now having emancipation of the serfs movement. With the help from Valeria and Thalor, the resistance from the lord is small, those who resist, and their families will have to say goodbye to their bodies, as their heads will be removed.
After the emancipation of the serfs movement, there will be more movement that will have huge impacts on the society. From what Brutus told Aric, these movements will still be difficult to stop the uprising, but reduces the strength and delays the time.
Aric does not need to care much about the movement now, there will be experts from Valeria to do so, Ellowen and Thomas, the Umbravine will give all the necessary help. The only things that he will need to focus on later, will be the army. But before that, he is here to have a look at this portal.
"Gentlemen, what do you think of this magnificent and great portal? Let me have a brief introduction to you, it has a width of 5 kilometres, and when it is activated, it will go up to 8000 meters."
"By that time, our air unit, or perhaps enemies from the new world can also easily pass through it. More importantly, this is only our first portal, there will be another 9 to be built. "As for Karak, please accept my apologies, necessary sacrifice will be needed for the final victory, we need extra time to respond if the Soviets start the invasion, we can't afford it if one of them was lost to them."
"And also another good news, I have just recently received a message from the undead national master Maldock, who stated that the undead empire is seeking alliance with us. So, there will additional 5 portals to be built and connected directly to the undead land. In the most urgent situation, we can send a troop to the undead to assist the undead in the assault on the Red Army."
Both are satisfied with the current progress. However, there is some worry from Brutus.
"So there is a total of 15 portals to be built, do we have enough manpower to do it? I mean can they all finish when the Soviets start the invasion? And also the most important problem, how can these portals stop the Soviet advance on us?"
"I mean, if the other side on the portal is weak, and our armies can conquer and take their land, can we off the portal? And if the other side is stronger than us, how do we make sure that they will cooperate with us to fight against the Soviets instead of dividing us with the Soviet Union?"
"Last, will the Soviet Union know what we are doing here now?"
For the Brutus question, Garrick has preapared.
"For your first and second questions, I can't give promises, but for the 5 portals that are connected to the undead land, it will be done by the undead, which means there is zero change in plan. If the chaos attack continues for at least two years or more, then I can be sure to tell you that all of the portals can be finished on time in perfect condition."
"For your third question, the answer is confirmed, yes, the portal can be destroyed, and the Thalor holds the right to decide its destiny, no matter whether we are outside or inside the portal. If they prove too strong and uncooperative, we'll sever the portal, cut their supply lines and crush them inside, even with high cost."
"And then, paying another round of high cost to delay the Soviets step, and summon another round where it will be another different nation and strength. How do you all think this plan, huh? I will say this plan is perfectly excellent, three kingdoms will survive from the invasion by just losing a part of our people."
"Lastly your last question, most probably no. We already know that the Soviets had some abilities that could spy on us from space, and also some mind control to control animals to spy on us. Our solution is easy, any animal, once spotted will be killed, and for the spy from space, we have used our most advanced magic to stop it."
"I believe by now the Soviets still don't own any most advanced magic in the world, so I assume that they can't spot us from the sky. Even if they are suspicious of this area, at least they don't exactly know what we are doing."
Both nodded their heads, things here seemed to be going in the right direction.
