Beerus, with what appeared to be a familiar looking Senzu bean in hand, crushed the bean and it fell like dust from his hand. He yawned then and there; his pinky finger claw placed into his right ear as he regarded Goku with annoyance.
"You've got some mouthy friends there Goku. But our recent experience in battle has me tired, I've won anyway too. You've proven no match for me in the end, Goku though I would at least acknowledge your effort in trying as well as letting me glimpse that power. Bah… Whis, I'm going to need a box of what you got there. After I make mincemeat of that one there, the one who attacked both myself and Goku here during our recent battle. You would fight me Saiyan? Yes… I like the look of this one, he looks like he'll bleed plenty." I was not one to turn down a challenge, this Beerus guy is an opponent I could get behind defeating. Goku answered him before I could get one word in though
"Ah L-Lord Beerus, this guy is preparing an expedition out into space, for the dragon balls you see. They-"
"-Spare me the story Goku, spare me… Fine, then Whis. I'm known to never go back on my word; a god of destruction shouldn't taint his word with lies and I did say I'd destroy you all once I've won. So-" he rose a hand, I watched ready to intervene, though as I couldn't even feel the Ki of this guy, there was an ominous feeling his energy gave off both in appearance and something… giving even me the urge to flee, most the same to everyone else to. Was- is this fear? It's been so long since I've felt such an emotion. By the look of the others, bar Raven who was held by Vegeta unconscious, the others; Tien, Piccolo, Chiaotzu, Bulma, Winter, Weiss, Eighteen, Krillin, Roshi, Yamcha with his friend Paur, Gohan and Videl… Everyone else gathered around the ship who was still around, with most already gone. Fear dripped off of all or most of them in varying ways, Yang looked defiant while holding at her belly in a protective way, Chichi held Gohan on his right arm, looking on at her husband.
The others, Dabura returned again the weirdo… that third of his glaring towards Beerus like his other eyes. Pyrrha and Zangya poised to strike… their knees showing an interesting reaction… a twitch occasionally.
He growled, Beerus Ki sphere greatly expanded and reached about the same size of Bulma's capsule spaceship parked nearby. Before I could make my move and fight this guy, the sphere shrunk greatly in size in an instant, feeling less threatening. Though small, it looked quite threatening still-
-Beerus snored loudly, the small sphere quickly blasting towards me while Beerus remained- he appeared to be sleeping standing upright. The sphere reached me, pinning me against it though I could manage to change its trajectory using immense effort on my part, instead of hitting the wall of the cruise liner ship behind me I managed to only be pushed ever higher into the sky. Firmly kicking upwards, I managed to land a blow upon the sphere, it went higher still with greater acceleration thanks to me, my leg singed and could be seen for the battle suit underneath my heavy woolen overcoat was burnt through.
"Man… what a guy, fucking sleeping and yet he pushes me far up here with a tiny little attack… I've got to fight that guy, I accept his challenge." I raced downwards, Ki flaring wildly around me, I was still within 'Super Saiyan Primal' so I got down there quick enough. I halt my decent within a split second as I landed upon the cruise liner, looking around for Beerus, though he had gone.
"Hey! Where did he go off to?" Goku, now better looking thanks to what most likely was either Dende, who was still here or a Senzu bean swallowed healing him, approached me with a sigh of relief.
"Hey Kron, he's gone now. I guess I tired him out there huh. Too bad, I was hoping for another m-match though I guess the man is a busy dude. Bulma, what did you say to him again?" Goku turned to my wife, who had quickly approached me as soon as I got back with Pyrrha glancing down at my singed leg in worry, muttering about applying first aid while Zangya appeared to be flushed, for battle was a easy way to get her blood running hot, I've since learned. Tien begun then, a concerned tone.
"Man, Raven was close to setting him off. Well, I guess we'd ought to find them dragon balls and quickly, who knows just where they are exactly and finding them when they have gone, uh- where looking through the galaxy right Supreme Kai?" he and the other turned to regard Shin, the Kai keeping quiet until now, he stepped forwards to speak.
"Yes… you must be on your way to acquire the remaining six, for I fear that even with the one Kibito here was able to catch with ample dexterity, this dragon ball hunt will bring untold dangers to those in charge of the two groups you've proposed to find them with. Then my friends, there are the current threats of all those who've escaped from the dimension prisons they were sorted within inside that have resurfaced into the lands of the living, once more able to inflict carnage and destruction- your Saiyan's have been removed from the list as I know that they could be of great help to you-" Vegeta, standing nearby barked a laugh, glaring at Bardock who only shrugged, he spoke full of himself, as always.
"-That's a laugh, my Saiyan pride wouldn't begrudge them any importance on any of our matters until they have trained into worthy warriors, to be proud of. Only Nappa, Bardock here, his cronies; his personal squad and my… father are of any potential to help, the others have only managed to disappoint. Their only potential until Bardock's goon squad, Bardock himself and Nappa train them is the potential to die with ease. Leave them out of this until they manage to impress me. I'm leaving, go ahead and plan your expeditions." in saying that last sentence, he glanced down at Raven, still unconscious in his arms before he took off in the direction of West City, to go get the rest of his family no doubt. Vegeta the elder seen his son leave and promptly left after him, flying slower at a snail's pace looking to be in thought.
Soon after, the party mindset returned though in a different venue before the remaining part of Bulma's forty fifth birthday. My gift to her, which I had been planning for a while, for I spent some days earning a favor from Master Roshi was the paradise herb formula Master Roshi uses. In return for the formula and the location for where the plant grows, the tasks that old pervert set… Two tasks, first the guy wanted panties of my wife, which I declined at first though in the end, I went and brought some new ones, wore them for weeks on end myself and then, handed them off as theirs. He was pleased I would think. The second task was to learn his 'Thunder Shock Surprise' for the black star dragon ball search, which I got in a few days, months before today.
After getting the paradise herb, a quest for securing said herb was to 'fight' some of my past enemies, while high on the fumes of the forest of terror miasma, by fighting. I meant I had to 'fight' myself after I gave the first spirit, that of Commander Valium where I immediately proceeded to attack him and found that he would be cloned in response to my use of Ki. I felt no emotion for destroying him but had to hold back in using my energy for that seemed to be the reason that there were more of him. Darkness the brother god also showed up, but in doing the same to him and not using my energy, I also learned he would be cloned from the hate I felt from him.
In the end, I since learned that in order to escape the forest of terror and locate the paradise herbs I wanted, I would have to suppress my emotions of hate and loathing for these two, while also suppressing my Ki strictly. After that, finding more than enough paradise herbs I went ahead and picked the lot and stored it in a capsule, after I learned from Master Roshi how to use his formula to make it, I got enough for every one of my wives, myself and Roshi himself, as payment to him. I also gave him a couple bags of Senzu beans, I've since been cultivating them en masse after Majin Buu- Kid Buu was dealt with for training and for emergencies, I heard he used one bag today after Goku and Beerus finished their climatic battle/spar.
I would go there after all this mess with the black star dragon balls was done with, to get more for some of the others. Who doesn't want to live longer.
Back to the party, Bulma was ecstatic about this herb, she and I made use of her paradise herb and prepared it for her use, she did so immediately and then went off at Master Roshi for not telling them about such a boon he's been using, everyone else who feared ageing, majority the woman, also glared at the man. Roshi enjoyed the attention, recounting how he has extensive knowledge of mystical and rare secrets of the world, he and his sister. This one has kept him alive for centuries, that he told anyone else was a kindness he insisted upon and demanded to see Bulma's panties as a favor for use of 'his' formula.
Gosh, after that I'd left the room though the beating Roshi received 'after' Bulma mockingly took in the paradise herb prepared for her, she ate it in front of her and then looks showed she de-aged to what I would image would be her prime condition. I'd received looks from Pyrrha, Blake, Weiss, Winter and Zangya after that, though a quick smile and a shrug I'd let them know through the use of my body language that they wouldn't be left out, it was the looks from most every other woman there other than Salem that had me more than a little nervous, if a bit. Ruby, Summer and Tai were present, the two ladies inquired about it first through Tai who approached me, I liked his direct approach and seeing no problem with it, told him what he should do in order to have the paradise herb cultivate, where to go and what not.
Next it was Yang, she and Raven; each with their husbands Tien and Vegeta looking on in 'support' or being forced there, they asked how to get this paradise herb. Naturally, I had no reason to keep it to myself nor to lord it over everyone else, so I complied with them, Chichi, I told the bubbly version of Launch who didn't even ask, Raditz at least seemed to appreciate my telling his girl. I also told Kali and Willow that that as their son in law, I would get them some which was appreciated both by them and their respective daughters.
Piccolo was offered the location though he was one of the youngest of the group really, technically and he told me he would consider it. The others, Yamcha, Krillin and Tien, I told them of the forest of terror's training purpose, that of heavily suppressing your Ki and emotions in order to gain access to the paradise herb, to condense your energy to not even a drop of your talent is released… is a handy skill to hone within and become younger and longer living for your troubles was a bonus. I also told the likes of Vegeta, Raditz, Goku, Gohan, Bardock, Qrow and heck, Hercule even asked after such a miraculous way of obtaining longevity, which he meant by saying I had the key to eternal youth! That he could remain the champion for a lot longer! He continuously exclaimed in front of me, loudly so that I even told the comedian oaf how to navigate the forest of terror and its location. Though in telling him, I made sure that he wouldn't go yapping about it to anyone else, lest the entire world would converge on that place and take and take… leaving nothing for us, which he seemed to understand the veiled threat… that I would enter the next world martial arts tournament should he divulge such information to his adorning fans and the public.
I spent a couple of hours after the party ended, given the birthday girl a 'night' of passion, her new youth had her energized and should she needed more energy, I had enough know-how in pepping her up with the use of my own energy to transfer to her, so she remained in top form… It's not as easy for her as it is for the rest of my ladies to take in a Saiyan… She managed enough and she was happy, that was enough for me, though as I do, I made sure to make enough clones for the others for like Bulma, they were also given their paradise herb after on during the party. Soundproof walls were the key to my having no awkward looks from any of my kids.
The next morning, the preparation began pretty early, for I found Bulma was already up and at em, doing some last minute diagnostics in the hanger bay, a round encased dome the size of a football field within 'K.B.S Industries Corporation' land in our backyard, one building of ten other buildings which made up the corporate entity that is the 'K.B.S Industries Corporation' holdings, the original capsule Corp building was as close to the complex as possible but private.
It would be me, Pyrrha and Yamcha going on one team, the other team Raditz, Zangya and Seventeen though Vegeta wanted to come too so he could learn how to access the next stage in Saiyan potential… 'Super Saiyan five' which still I needed to address sometime in the future to be better able to control myself within the form, he was reminded by me that he might as well remain encase someone like Frieza should show up, reminding him that that cockroach was alive, Cooler and their father as well could well and truly be a threat, if not to us than to our planet and Sadala as well…
Dabura arrived in the morning, to ask for a bout though I did remind him of my planned getaway out into space in search of those black star dragon balls, he decided to remain and continue to train, which is where I found myself now, eating a bountiful meal well past breakfast and into lunch while Dabura sat on the other side of the table, his third eye discomforting me with its stare, me in turn disgusting him with how I ate.
"I loathe watching you stuffing your face like a starving slave, you know we should send you off with one final battle between us, Mira also wants to fight you. It was good of the others in keeping that runt busy but the fact there might be another set of Towa and Mira in this universe is… a strange calamity. Messing with time… she does that on occasion, that is certain. I'm not sure what this pair want however, for I am alive and though I've not returned to the demon realm after I was exiled millennia ago by letting Babidi magically manipulate me; for boredom reasons."
"We can fight later, fight Goku. He at least will appreciate the distraction. I'm intent on surpassing even him now, that he has his new 'Super Saiyan God' transformation or ritual… I have no doubt that Vegeta will certainly do so, he and I trained briefly together, and he showed some signs of obtaining another level… I say you should just ask him, he could use the sparring partners, Mira and you both." I then filled my mouth with more of my meal, eating greedily while Dabura hummed in thought, adding a minute or so of silence later, we both heard Bulma yelling out to Weiss for some part nearby or something.
"And should the god of destruction mean to return, would you believe you could face him? I seemed to recall him and Goku easily showing you your hubris. Anyway, we've company and I have things to attend to." Dabura slowly stood and nodded to Blake, whom I sensed had approached us, laying a hand onto my shoulder. She too looked as young and youthful as the day I met her… alright nothing changed in her appearance though it didn't hurt saying… it was the fact their life force was strengthened greatly that I could sense, meaning they would retain their appearances for thousands of years, at least that is what master Roshi meant. Yesterday I mistaken them for being younger when they claimed that also used the dragon balls and had Shenron use one wish to make all of them look as good as in their prime. Ah, woman… I better not have more kids with them having an extended lifespan, though that might be wishful thinking on my part.
"Yeah, are they ready. Take a seat Blake." I nodded at Dabura as he left, Blake taken a seat near to me, she grabbed the fork I wasn't using and made to take dabs with it onto my steak, I gave her a look, but she continued doing so, now with a knife to cut.
"Are you sure you want Yamcha with you on this. He's a strong fighter and all but would you rather… you should bring either myself or Bulma instead. Bulma is also experienced with finding the dragon balls and she and Yamcha did find them in their past with a child Goku, according to the stories." I thought about it and I would be awkward with me assumingly plowing, training with or carrying on with Pyrrha on board while on board in search. Yamcha was willing though he had to tell his team manager he would be taking a long break for a year, plenty of time for him.
"I think Bulma might be needed here, there is going to be a lot of Saiyan's looking to get their hands on the gravity chambers and Bulma hasn't of yet made them an asset for her workers to build, instead spending some of her own time in tweaking, designing and building the things on her own. She loves her hobbies, I would think that given her lack of power, it would be safer for her here. You should remain too, make sure those two girls of ours do well in school. I'll try and send a clone back regularly. King Kai will be in contact with me, Raditz, Goku and Piccolo for the foreseeable future." King Kai made note of keeping contact to Dende, who passed this along last night before Dende left for the lookout.
Vegeta also was accommodating his brother Tarble and his wife Gure, a lovely alien woman who made fast friends with every one of the female gender within Kakadot's little cliche, heck she even managed to make Raven smile, or so Vegeta mentioned last night after she awoke because of her being knocked out.
"I will be going to this forest of terror sometime soon; I'm going to get some herbs for mother. In the very least they will be for me, I'm not sure if she wants to use them given father is-"
"-I know… a pity she didn't want him wished back, I bet he could have been. He was murdered right? By… him. Speaking of him, you know that our daughter from that different future, she is out there somewhere in time… she will most likely be the one to kill him I would imagine. She has too much of me in her." Blake nodded once, deep in thought. The future version of Jaina was still on both of our minds, her coming from a future where myself must not have taken the threat that a god could achieve and fucked it all up for her and the others. The others were also killed, it was bad thinking about it but she was most likely also messed up in the head a little thanks to everyone being killed and it was a surprise that the alternate future Trunks had even got her to interact with him at all.
Blake stood, finishing up of the steak as she reached over my plate and kissed me deeply. Of course she tasted like steak, she didn't even react at all to the rest of my meal though I felt her hand pull at my tail, straightening me in position as I gazed down at her.
"Don't go picking up anymore woman out in space babe. Will all hold down the fort, also try not to knock up Pyrrha out there, you'll find delivering a baby out there with Yamcha helping you out will be… as task in itself." we both hugged a moment longer, before we both headed towards the outside in order to reach the landing zone.
