A place that definitely didn't exist in the original novel.
This place is located in the junction between Star Dou Empire and City of Contracts!
The reason for the formation of this place is because of a meteorite strike from God of Contracts, which was cast on the ignorant Star Dou Empire's army that challenged him.
This meteorite strike, which was casually cast with the God of Contracts' Nine-color Creation Divine Power, caused a level of destruction that was unseen by the whole world before.
With a massive deep bowl shaped crater at its center, which is the impact crater. It is as big as 40 Km in diameter as the crater.
The destructive energy of the meteor had spread more than just this impact crater.
On top of that, the nine-color creation divine power on the meteorite had a massive impact on the landscape.
It had changed the entire terrain.
This place was originally a big desert wasteland, with almost no value to Star Dou Empire — which had claimed its ownership on it.

Almost as a big as a moderately small country.
But, after just an year, the residual divine power of God of Contracts had completely changed the natural environment of this great land.
The former desert had turned into a absurdly fertile land, with all sorts of green life growing rapidly and even transforming into soul beasts.
This massive forest also had an abnormal concentration of elemental energy of various attributes.
But strangely, all these elemental energies are in perfect harmony, not conflicting with each other. Even if they are of opposite extremes.

To a certain extent, the Divine Punishment Meteor Fall Region is an even greater land of fortune than the Ice Fire Yin Yang Well.
