"Hey, Lisa! Can we grab a drink together?" asked Mike from a distance with a flirtatious smile and the whole class's attentation shifted to her. Lisa was stunned at first then she sensed many envious and hate filled eyes looking at her, she said "uhm.. no i have some other things to handle, sorry".
Mike never expected rejection it was an awkward silence. Moments later he said with an awkward smile " Ok then no problem, see you tomorrow, bye". Lisa smiled and said "okay".
Mike was a famous good student in this A university Many people followed him but he was also Lisa's good friend from school days. This made others to envy her but Lisa never cared.
Mike left first and Lisa packed and was ready to go home as it is already late.
When Lisa started to walk someone forcefully grabed her back from behind. It was none other than July who loved mike. "you b**ch! stop seducing mike, he is mine" said july with hatred. Lisa said " he is just a friend to me".

After leaving the class she reached the university gate and started walking to the bus stop. while waiting for the bus she thought about her life.
